K-D Sales is a gem in Kalamazoo! Its the perfect spot for costumes, accessories, and random fun extras you didnt even know you needed. Plus, Balloons by Tecia is incredible - she creates fascinating displays that are cool and super festive for any occasion. We (Kalamazoo Literacy Council) have used her services for years and will continue to support her!

I love the fact that K-D will always have what Im looking for when it comes to party decorations, to Halloween costumes. Its family owned and they support their community. Ive been shopping there for years, love saying hi to the family. They are my 1 stop party shop stop! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I called to see if they had the tickets that I was looking for and was amazingly impressed with the service that the young lady gave me. Not only did she give me the normal yes or no answer, but she gave me options, prices, and answered my anticipated questions. I hope that the owners recognize and reward her for her skills. Besides that, its a fun place!

Not very good. ordered balloons for a grad party that were supposed to be picked up at 1, they weren’t even ready at 1. We waited. They supposedly filled the balloons with the hi-float which makes the balloons last for the day of, but on the way of they wouldn’t even float. we picked them up on Saturday had the party on Sunday. 10/10 don’t recommend their services. The workers are nice though.

Great place

I go there for my monthly balloon order they are usually very friendly. Then I put in a large delivery order, and a few days before they call asking can it be delivered early or later than agreed because they have another event I explained to them that my event started at 7 and they wanted to drop them off at 6 when we agreed they be here by 3. When I told her no because the balloons werent just being tied to a door she said really rudely that the balloons would be there by 3 and hung up the phone. Then the day of the balloons werent delivered until after 4. And when you call their number it said that they were closed, no after hours number nothing. The man just waltzed in dropped the balloons on a chair leg and left. Never once confirmed that this was the right room or anything.

I had some last minute supplies i needed for a special needs camp I was helping out with. I will always point to this place for Cos-players. They had everything I needed for my last minute supplies. Crepe place in the owner is a great person.

They have really great customer service and absolutely the best pricing around for balloon arches, centerpieces, and bouquets. A local business to definitely support!
