BOUGHT CABINETS FROM CARTERS LUMBER ON JANUARY 14TH 2021WE GAVE ARE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TOLD IF WE ORDER THAT DAY IT WOULD NOT COST ANY MORE MONEY THAN THE QUOTE THAT WAS GIVEN TO US MONTHS IN ADVANCE. ON JANUARY 15TH 2021 MY CARD WAS CHARGED FOR MORE MONEY THAN WHAT THE QUOTE WAS BECAUSE ON JANUARY 15TH 2021 THEY DECIDED TO DO LAST MINUTE MEASUREMENTS ON OUR HOUSE AND SAID THEY LEFT OUT DIFFERENT MEASUREMENTS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY QUOTED US A PRICE AND THEN CHARGE US MORE LATER.โน๏ธ AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE MANAGEMENT ON JANUARY 18TH PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. ๐ค

Two stars for having nice employees - they were friendly. But I knew I should have looked at the lumber I purchased before I drove off after the guy who loaded me up told me he โdid the best he could.โ When I got home and unloaded, the lumber appears to have been attacked by an unholy alliance of beavers and woodchucks. Just completely chewed up and almost unusable. Hours of sanding and planing just to make the lumber safe to sit on for my bench. The remnant pile at Menards has cleaner wood.

Dont hate carters. Cant navigate the website to find anything I need and tried to contact and was too frustrated to finish. Come on people info shouldnt be that hard to put out there.
