Waited over 50min for a child’s hotdog - no exaggeration - for our 3y/o. Would not recommend for anyone ordering more than 2 items. Good food and ice cream, BLT on Texas toast is great, but service is hit or miss and we’ve had rough experiences twice in a row.

FINALLY! A good ice cream and sweet treats place in Kalamazoo! The service reminds me of the old days. I know itll be different in the summer, when everybody will be in there for ice cream. But I hope they can continue to make their customers feel so welcome.Did I mention the caramels? The peanut butter fudge? Chocolate covered bacon!This was my 5th visit there and so far I havent been disappointed!

Soft and flavorful ice cream.We had Mackinaw Island Peanut Butter Fudge, Pirate Treasure(my fav) and a root beer float.

Ice cream is really good and their caramels were quite a bit better than expected. Employees are nice and I like that you can eat inside in comfy booths also.

The owner was incredibly nice and gave my wife a free dipped pretzel for her birthday. This was our first time here and we were wowed by the flavors. The butter beer ice cream alone is worth checking this place out. I had the Mountain Moo ice cream, which is electric green and tastes like a lime version of Blue Moon. The greasy gamer goblin in me was satisfied.The owners mentioned that the name of this place is changing soon, from Treat Street to Schultzs. We had a Treat Street gift card but they wouldnt accept it ☹️

Treat Street is one of my favorite places to get ice cream in Kalamazoo. I’ve been going there since I was a kid. It’s been really great during the pandemic to have the option to order ice cream through the window and sit at a table outside.

The fudge and caramels are amazing. Hot cocoa bombs are hard to come by without pre-ordering, but really fun and would make a great Christmas gift.

Wonderful treats, amazing ice cream selection, numerous and interesting hot dog menu... the hot dogs are huge (get the large, its on giant bun made at a local bakery), friendly service!

Had the Kalamazoo dog. Pretty good, needed a higher condiment to dog ratio. Decent value. Id go again.

This is a very cute, friendly little shop. Seating room (forty five seats) and choice of regular or old fashioned soft drinks with your meal. Menu is simple but they know their stuff-all kinds of fun fancy hot dogs. They also have burgers, sandwiches, wraps and trappings. And of course ICE CREAM! Lots of flavors. This place is great for kids, adults, groups and individuals. Enjoyed my visit and indeed-ice cream is half on on Wednesdays.

Shermans ice cream, which is quite good. Reasonable prices. Really friendly and patient with the kiddos.Hot dogs, mac & cheese, sandwiches made quickly. Theyre all fine, but you can do better elsewhere.Id suggest having a meal elsewhere and coming here for dessert.Theyre also quite tolerant of bringing outside food in.

So disappointed. My daughters had a performance at Chenery auditorium. I thought it would be a nice treat after the show to get them ice cream but you were closed for a staff party.

Disappointed this evening. Looked your hours up online and it stated you were open til 9pm. So we made a special trip there and pulled in at 810pm. There were about 8-10customers in the lobby. We were inside for about two minutes before your employee told us you closed at 8pm. We love that you have sleeping bear brand ice cream. I think youre the only one in the area that carries it.But going home empty handed tonight was very disappointing.

If your looking to be ignored when you walk in this is the place to go. The employees are rude and have no concern for wanting to help you. If they are too busy they will pretty much tell you they do not have time and to come back later. This place has gone down hill.

Nothing fabulous here. Small shop, teenagers running counter, service varies a lot but leaves lot to be desired. Good ice cream, good location, seems disorganized and not super friendly.
