Martha is the best! She took the time to listen to my concerns and came up with a skin car routine just for me as we travel back and forth from Michigan and Florida so I really needed to adjust my skin care to the harsh Michigan winters and the hot climate of Florida.I am so thrilled with the results and all the products they sell, really work! Martha gives amazing facials and every treatment they offer is by far superior to any other treatments I have had in the past!

This place was AMAZING for my first visit. Sara did a contouring massage on myself, and it was beyond great. The amount of stress that was released and relaxation was met was much needed. Will definitely be revisiting very soon!

I never got in the door, despite making two appointments. One was a free digital consultation. The other was a complete corrective facial. Both were with Sarah B. The consultation was canceled by the aesthetician, but scheduling forgot to call or even email me to let me know. I called the spa a few minutes after the scheduled consult time inquiring about the link that should have been sent to me prior. I was apologized to by the receptionist because she was supposed to contact me and let me know that Sarah preferred to have the consultation prior to my facial. I advised her that I had deliberately scheduled a consultation well in advance because I have sensitive skin and had a major event the day following the facial and preferred to make the consult in advance to make sure I even wanted the service. We rescheduled the consult for the next day. The next day scheduling called again to cancel and asked to reschedule, which I was more than happy to do until she offered the consult on the same day of my service. I promptly said no thanks and asked to cancel the facial. Spas are supposed to be at the highest level of service to clients. I understand that the aesthetician didn’t want to do the consult and then perhaps have me cancel the actual paid service, but as a potential client that could have been made into a returning client, this was not only poor service but a missed revenue opportunity. I won’t be going here; and I’ll be sure to let my friend who recommended the spa to me know too.

The day of my appointment that I schedule two weeks in advance, the place called me a total of 3 times while I was working.. I work in healthcare and cannot use my phone. I confirmed my appt the day before, and called them back on my lunch to see why they called, and the person who answered asked me if I could come 30 minutes after the scheduled time. I let her know that would not work for me, as that is why I scheduled my appt for the time I did, so I still asked if I could still come at the same scheduled time and my services be accommodated for the same time, and I WAS TOLD, YES of course! I arrive for my appt. right on time, filled out paperwork, and one of the estheticians was giving me a death glare...I finished my paperwork and waited and when I looked at the clock, I had been WAITING 28 MINUTES! so literally 30 minutes after I said I would still need the same appt time. How about you dont tell customers you can still see them at their appointment time if you truly cant accommodate. Facials arent cheap and I spend a lot of money on them and tip well. Please be more respectful of peoples time and money.... I left and didt go through with the appt after waiting almost 30 minutes. I was looking to get established here, as I compared the reviews to my places I went to in NYC... ill keep looking.

I just called to schedule and pay for my facial treatment during my lunch break. After having a conversation with the lady who was helping me, she did cut me off and said I have to help someone here in the office and hanged up. How rude!!!!!! Customers who call are as important as customers in the office specially when you were helping them first. I made time during a busy schedule to call and was hanged up on because someone other customer arrived. Very disrespectful and rude. Bad customer service!!!

I love Elinas oil control formula. I wish I had known about this product much earlier in my life. I dont have many pimples on my face but I have always had 2 or 3 on my chin. They looked more like big, ugly, red bumps on my chin . I was tired of spending so much money on over the counter products that never worked on my face, then a couple of years ago I heard about Elina Organics. I tried the oil control formula and I love it. Six months ago I ran out of product and didnt order anymore. I thought at my age surely my face wont break out anymore. Boy! Was Iwrong! Got on my phone and ordered my Tame your T zone oil control formula right away! Thank you Elina for putting so much love into your products.

I want to start by saying that I never write negative reviews. I often give businesses the benefit of the doubt and look for my services elsewhere. Additionally, this negative review does not necessarily reflect the business as a whole. This is based on my one experience with an esthetician name Martha Potter.When I first arrived they had me fill out a basic questionnaire about medical conditions, the products I use on my skin, and what I was hoping for with this facial. I was then taken to a room where Martha came in was immediately and unnecessarily rude and judgmental regarding my skin routine. She told me that it was all awful and that I would have to change everything about my routine. I asked how and she said that I would need to purchase their personal cleansers, moisturizers, scrubs, toners, oil control, etc. I asked if she could recommend any drugstore brands that would be better for my specific skin and she said absolutely nothing else would help besides their own line of products. She never tried to educate me on what ingredients were bad, why their products would benefit my skin, and did not even want to consider any other options besides Elina products.During the facial, she continuously critiqued my skin and claimed the generalized statement that my current products are ruining my skin (without ever explaining how or why). The facial itself was fine and what I assume to be a normal treatment. But afterwards she continued to try to sell me more products. She immediately put their line of makeup on my skin. I thought this was strange as she had just put healing cream and fancy moisturizer on 5 minutes earlier. I had also read elsewhere not to apply product to your face for at least 5 hours after a facial. She then tried to tell me how much better I looked with the makeup on. And let me tell you, the makeup did absolutely nothing to cover or even out my skin tone. This was very obvious yet she tried to tell me how much of an improvement it made and that I needed it. After this she showed me the MANY different products she wanted me to buy, all between $25-80 each. By this point I felt like I could not leave until she thought I was going to buy something. I lied and told her I would come back next week to buy them. She then asked if she convinced me to buy all of them. I replied by saying, at least some of them. She turned to me and said what did you just say? If youre not going to buy all of them, theres no point. You will not see any results without all of these products. I was just mad at that point and stopped answering. She then made me schedule another appointment 4-6 weeks out (again, I felt like I HAD to). Once I did, she finally left while I paid. As soon as I got home, I went on their scheduling website and cancelled that appointment. I will not be returning.Summary: Martha was judgmental, condescending, completely unhelpful, and tried to sell me hundreds of dollars of products without any explanation to back it up.

Elina Organics is the most incredible skin care company in the Midwest! There is a reason why people travel across the country not only to receive these treatments, but also to learn from the staff! If you want to improve your skin the natural way, call these guys! They are pros!

Ive been a client at Elinas for over ten years. Ill never go anywhere else! I use almost the entire line of products and they do wonders for my skin. I really enjoy the atmosphere and all the services. Ive tried them all. My favorite service is micro needling and my favorite product is Mermaid Extract.

On two separate occasions, once in 2018 and once in 2019, I reached out to someone via email at Elina Organics regarding services that they provide at their Kalamazoo location. The person that responded both times (not sure if it was the same person or not) was very friendly and quick to respond. Although they said the salon did have the specific services I was looking for, they suggested I call the salon and speak to someone over the phone.* The first time, I made a consultation appointment and when I showed up to the appointment (10 minutes early, by the way), I was told that the entire salon staff was out of the office for a training and that someone should have called to reschedule with me. So that was a complete waste of time. But I did reschedule, and when I went back, instead of talking to me about the services I was there inquiring about, they just tried selling me products, which isnt what I wanted. I felt very dismissed and therefore, decided to leave without giving them my business.* The second occasion happened last week. I decided to give this another try. I emailed about a service to help exfoliate and brighten my skin, I was told that the salon has those kinds of services (the website also lists many services they provide and I was almost certain that they could do what I was looking for). Again, I was told to call the salon, when I did, the lady I spoke to over the phone said the salon didnt offer any services to exfoliate and brighten skin, which I thought was outrageous. She said that she would talk to the esthetician and get back to me. I still havent heard from anyone.I will not ever waste my time on Elina Organics again.

Could not be more happy! I received the moisturizer as a gift for Mothers Day after my daughter raved about it! Boy was she right it feels so good on my face! I love the fact that its organic and Im not adding another chemical to my face!
