It was kindof empty i would recommend but there may not be alot there

Very festive store was clean great customer service.

Cool Halloween store, but the stores used to be big and had a lot of animatronics, now there is only 3 or 4. But there is a decent selection of costumes,wigs and other good cosplay stuff.

Spirit Halloween is the best party store for decorations, costumes and animatronics. My grandkids love to dress up all year so their website is handy for their latest favorites.

Very disappointed in the lack of plus sizes. The largest I saw was a 16 - and if its juniors plus sizing that means a womens size 12/14. Yall need to step up your game.

Good selection of costumes, but disappointed there was only 2 anamatroitcs set up.

I received coupons in an email just today, went into the store which Ive been waiting to open for over 2 weeks. I was informed that their coupons are only good for online purchases! Then the employee who was ringing up my purchases Informed me that there never obligated to honour a coupon! So not only do they overcharge, they send out coupons they never intend to honor....completely done with this place!!!!

The strip on my card is worn and I had issues paying. The staff (wish I caught names) was so patient, quick to help problem solve, and held my things while I went to grab cash. They weren’t frustrated once with me at all. Even let me use a personal cell phone during a pandemic when germs are scary and that really impressed me that they were so personable.

Nothing much available for kids

The Manager on duty was awesome. She helped me find pieces to go with all of my random costume ideas. She was patient and kind. I found a coupon right as I finished paying and asked if there was any chance I could use it. She made it happen and saved me $12! I’ll definitely go there again. Great service and love the options available for Halloween.

The staff were really cool and respectful. My only problem is most of the animatronics werent there and the havester of souls was not set up properly bset up because he did not pock up the little girl all the way but the staff are whats giving your store five stars.

While the store is setup nicely that is all I can say about it. The employees that I saw just glared at me, like they didnt want me there. What is going on with Spirit? Between this and the BC location not being open when Spirit said it was maybe it is time for a refresh.

Typical halloween store. Neat display decorations. Costumes for almost everyone. Largest adult size we found was 1xl-2xl. If you happen to need a larger size or want a looser fit, looks like youre out of luck.

Manger was rude. And when I asked for the store number, he didn’t even know it. Which a “store manger” should know and not have to write on his hand. Won’t do this again next year
