Their drug prices and eye glass prices even without insurance are the lowest that I have found. You also don’t have to be a member to use these services. The staff is helpful and seem genuinely glad to see you. Oh and their rotisserie chicken can’t be beat.

Incredibly friendly staff, extremely clean and well-stocked store. helpful employees and easy to navigate checkout lanes. they carry a vast assortment of products; their house brands are extremely high quality. They also carry exclusive items packaged just for Sams Club from national brands I always buy. The store is worth checking out frequently; they rotate stock and add new, limited-time items constantly. Of the two major big-box stores in the area (I am an executive/Plus member of both) I must say I prefer Costco....now I just need to buy a freezer the size of a Ford F-250 long bed and I will be all set.

I love Costco. Perhaps slightly addicted. I dont usually like to go on the weekends, but I went specifically to grab more of an item that was on a sale that was ending yesterday. I was surprised by the number of people still walking into the warehouse just before 6pm (weekend closing time) and that the staff was not rushing people out.

Beware if you go here on the weekend or during rush hour, the turn onto Drake Rd from Stadium Dr is terribly busy, you will wait 10-15 min minimum trying to turn left. Try to find an alternate way if possible.The store itself is fine, no complaints. Just the traffic is always awful

The service people are very helpful,. You can find so many foods and products you need under one roof. I recommend Costco as a very good place to shop with helpful service people.

Went in here on a whim with a friend a month ago. The next day I canceled my Sams membership and signed up here instead. Its an entirely different world for the better. High quality merchandise, high quality employees, high standards. I talked to a few of the employees and they all raved about the place, saying Costco takes good care of them and pays them very well. Theyve got my vote!

Really disappointed, I couldnt figure why they push the credit card soooo much, I thought it was because the sales person gets a commission. Nope, there is no gas deals here on top its not on their app, its even cheaper close by, I would like my 60.00 back! What is plus is they keep the store clean and sell better products than Meijer.

First time back at Costco, had to get our membership reactivated, I am pretty satisfied on how easy that was, store is overall pretty organized and prices are pretty reasonable. Although I havent been to Sams club in a while I can definitely tell you that Costco is the better wholesale store out of the 2. 5 Stars from me.

Ate lunch for $5.29! Two of us! Hot dogs and pizza were delicious, plus two drinks! Many savings on every day needs. We purchased glasses from their Optical department and couldnt believe the savings from what we were paying elsewhere!

Costco.... Its a Retail Disneyland. IF you avoid peak hours. Then its not so much fun.First and foremost, the cost of the membership pays for itself by purchasing your gas there. The staff are superior. I have always been treated like I am a genuinely valued customer and if a staff member doesnt know the answer to a question they will find someone who does.If youre new to this type of shopping, there is a learning curve. The prices are so good that one is tempted to buy a box of 12 croissant, even if one lives alone. Or a 5 lb bag of lemons. So learning to accurately estimate how much food you will be able to consume is essential to making Costco a good value.The non-food items are extensive, high quality and well priced. Do you need socks? A drone? Electronics? Compare prices and return policies and youll be buying them at Costco.Thats an important thing to mention. Their return policy is unlike any Ive ever experienced. Which gives me confidence in purchasing their products because I know there would be a no questions asked, no receipt needed return policy. And the customer service desk is a well-run machine.You can shop online and one perk that means a lot to me is that if you have a heavy item, even a case of pellegrino, and ask at the checkout, you will get a person to load the item (s) into your car.Proximity to trader Joes is a big plus, parking can be a big headache.

Costco was a bit crowded today, maybe because it is Monday. The cashier lines moved relatively fast and efficiently. I asked about the location of an item, and the associate was helpful.

Costco has never failed me. Never. The stores are always clean, the staff are friendly, and the store is well stocked. This location had this product called golden gate jerky and we have been going thought packs of these like there is no tomorrow. Excellent store.

Had a defect Traeger grille that was not working properly. Service desk staff and GM that was on the floor very helpful. There #1 priority was making sure I was a happy customer. Wow! Outstanding service and their return policy is very nice too. This is why I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Love this place. Much Nicer than other Costcos. Always has great deals and great products.Unfortunately the reason for the 4 stars is attitude of the staff. The supervisor by the registers always appears to be in a foul mood and never ever makes an effort to make the customers feel welcomed. My uncle once asked him regarding gift cards and he blandly replied they dont carry it. Well guess what next time I went there and they were right there by the coolers. Plus some of the cashiers need a little more training about dealing with customers instead of trying to be smarty pants when asked regarding something.

If I could I would give zero stars. Went here with my sister. Didn’t realize they only took visa. Ok fine whatever, told them I’m sorry I didn’t know and just canceled my order. Was harassed by an employee to get the credit card, that’s the same one I have have already but a visa. Told him no several times. Was asked if I had cash to pay or ATM card and I could get cash. I said no I’m sorry again. Then the employee asked my sister if she would pay for my items. She said no and we both ran out of there as fast as we could. Needless to say I went online and canceled my auto renew. Screw you costco. Have had toooo many issues with them.

Customer services pretty good they also allow you to do a refund even after youve taken something home and tried it and decided you did not like it. Its always crazy busy there so thats one of the annoying things about Costco...

If you are looking for a TV shop here. There are a variety of electronics, household items and of course food. I enjoy the perks of my membership. Check out the savings on gas as well. It is worth it to become a member at Costco. People are friendly and the employees are willing to help. Hopefully people look into the benefits offered because your savings will more than pay for the membership.

Havent been to Costco that many times, being a grocery Shopper/ delivery driver, Ive had the luxury to be able to go into the store to shop. I love so far what I see, however I wish that they would stop moving stuff around so much. It makes it very hard for Shopper like myself to find items quickly in a timely manner to get my items to my customer when stuff is getting moved all the time. That is my only issue with Costco. Other than that good job keep it up and I will be getting a membership soon

I dont have a membership since I rarely go. For a one person household it makes little sense. However, when I go with a member, I enjoy myself immensely. The myriad products are very tempting, in both variety and price. Computers, lighting, security systems, tires, foods galore. Gorilla tape, snacks, vitamins, otc drugs and prescriptions are just a sampling of the products carried. Masking is required, which I appreciate. Checkout was smooth and simple. I would recommend highly to families.

We came here today with the full intention of becoming members and making this our primary grocery store. We told the membership person that we wanted to become members, she told us we both needed to show a bill with our name and address since our IDs haven’t been updated to our new home we bought last month. We finally log into our consumers energy account and show her the bill, whole time thinking why? Sams club doesn’t do that. What would be the benefit of giving a fake address..? Then she tells us that she’s going to sign us up for the executive membership, my husband politely said we just wanted the basic membership and she responded “well, it will pay for itself if you spend 200 a month here” and continued to sign us up. We had to tell her two times that we wanted the basic membership. Then she says, “did you want to sign up for the credit card? We only accept visa.” Umm what? We both have MasterCard and discover and have never had an issue at any retailer. Seems like a way to ramrod customers into getting a credit card. We are very credit conscious and we’re not interested in opening up a new card so we decided to cancel our enrollment. I don’t understand the thought process behind making it HARDER for people to spend money at your store? We were essentially willing to spend money to spend money and they made it so annoying that we left and renewed our Sam’s membership.

Love Costco but still have a hard time finding items as their isles are not labeled. Sale items are definitely worth the price but their produce is pricey as compared to other grocery stores in the area.

Used to love this place. We bought a rotisserie chicken to take home to our kids for dinner. We set it on the counter and the kids quickly jumped in and started making plates and eating it... I come back in to see it was raw on the inside! I reached out to the store and a manager responded. After seeing the photos she agreed it was raw. She told us to come in and she would refund the chicken and give us a $25 gift card. When we came in they paged another manager over that was extremely unengaged. She never once apologized and the only communication she made was asking us to follow her over to a desk where she gave us the $25 gift card. No sympathy or apologies about potentially giving our children E-Coli during a pandemic. Just “here you go, thanks.” Horrible guest service, especially seeing as we were cool and collected with their careless mistake. I love my steak 🥩 nice and bloody... still mooing. I don’t like it when my chicken is stillClucking 🐔🤢 yuck.

Clean and a large selection.Store repesentives are very friendly. Wish they would off help if needed. But great club to belong too. They offer auto care. But seems costly. And cheaper gas is a plus.If you want photos or eye glasses this is a great place.

I really like COSTCO. The prices are great and the Associates helpful and friendly. I do most of my shopping there. Just before my yearly renewal I receive a check based on the amount of my purchases. I generally shop once a month so the larger packages of pantry items is just what I need.

Store is nice and organic selection is ok. But am very disappointed. Needing to eat dairy and gluten free. They were stocking a very good gluten free, nut free, dairy free bread and Violife Dairy free cheese but of course they stopped selling it. So Im done with Costco. I can purchase those items directly from the manufacturer and have them shipped to my home for free and not have to drive 45 minutes to find out they dont have it.

The food is always fresh and the snacks at the deli are on point and for a good price, it can’t be beat. I do wish that there was more options for organic food though.

Layout is different than Im use to compared to the Costco in Mishawaka, but they offer items not available at my local store. As always with Costco, the check out process was faster than any other box store and they were very busy!

The best part, and what I look forward to the most when visiting our local Costco, are the people who make it a good, and often great place to shop. The folks who work day in, day out, stocking, answering questions, cleaning, greeting, gathering and sanitizing carts from the lot, and keeping up with countless other tasks behind the curtain, are genuinely kind, often overlooked by many who pass by them, but I am thankful for each one of you. Yes, the work can sometimes seem like a thankless job, but please know that you and your work are appreciated, and I am thankful that you are a part of our community.

It was just okay for me. I guess I expected more from all the great reviews Ive heard about it.

Though I always fight to keep my trips to Costco within reason, their fresh fruit and veg is too temptingly affordable. I also like the variety of dog food/treats, bottled flavored water and international flavors of frozen foods. The deli area has chicken taco meals and affordable roast chickens so big I can make four meals from them, then soup. They have an amazing variety of dried fruit/nuts too, so I sometimes splurge. The only reason I didnt give five stars was that their customer service desk is placed AFTER youve shopped and is often undermanned. If you have questions or want to renew your membership but purchased anything frozen, it just doesnt work. UPDATE: I didnt realize you can go directly to their service desk before shopping, so changing my review to five stars. Also, even when its busy, checkout typically goes very quickly. Please wear masks and they are observing social distancing. Parking is busy right up by the building but I have never been there where I couldnt at least find a spot.

I just recently purchased a Costco membership and I must say it is now one of my favorite places to shop. Costco offers good deals and mostly quality products. That being said the quality of their produce is not one to praise. The past two times I have purchased produce from Costco I came home and realized when I opened the packaging they were SIGNIFICANTLY moldy. The first time it was organic Bella mushrooms which I had to toss the entire package. The second time was a 5lb bag of lemons where 4 lemons had to be thrown out. I will not buy produce from Costco again because of this issue I keep having.

First-time experience and I was overwhelmed with shock and awe.The store was clearly well-maintained, staff was efficient and friendly, and the prices were fantastic!Im used to shopping at non-membership based supermarkets so this was a fantastic experience. I love costco! I have a number of dietary restrictions. Costco has so many things that are free of the additives I can eat. Sadly they seemed to be out of the nitrate free, MSG free frozen, fully cooked breakfast sausage, I was disappointed, I hope its not gone forever.
