Staff was very helpful and listened to what I needed. Wasnt too pushing on selling me extras (oh they tried πŸ˜‰), but was very informative about why I should purchase protection for my investment. Overall experience was great besides data transfer from my old phone to new phone took way too long, but I know it wasnt their fault.

I purchased two Samsung Galaxy phones online to advantage of sale. Sounds good at first until I started having problems with the phones. I spent several hours over three days with T-mobile tech support trying to fix issues. When it was all done tech support couldnt fix the issues and decided to send two new phones. At this point I decided to take my phones to the T-mobile store. I was hoping they could bring my phone issue to a closure. Well, I met two nice young men, Jack and Erik that listened to my sad story and then went to work. They were attentive to detail and asked the right questions and fixed my phones. So if you need help or picking out a new phone ask for Jack or Erik they will fix you right up.

Was lied to and told I have service where I live instead I have to stand outside practically in the road to get service and even then Im lucky to get serviceCan never pay phone bill online I always get a page saying gone fishingSoon as this phone gets unlocked Im switching to Verizon they have service where I live and they dont have to lie just to get customers

Dont trust them I decided to go through t mobile after dealing with very poor service from another provider I was told that I have full 5g coverage where I live so I switched but when I got home I only had 4g outside in the middle of my yard and inside I kept getting the message not connected to a network and the wifi calling does not work either so now because I was lied to and because they do not have service where I live I lost out on multiple job opportunities amongst other very important calls as soon as I possibly can I will be switching and I am warning people away from t mobile they will lie to you and take your money on a promise they cant keep good thing I have back up income or else I would have lost everything thanks to t mobile lying to me about their services

Wonderful customer service. I was approached instantly upon entering the front door with a smile from a caring representative. I feel like a valued customer at this location. Although they are no longer a tech repair center, they make up for it with their customer service. I 100% recommend this location to friends, family, and anyone looking for great customer service. I will never go to another Sprint store location!

My wife and I found Derek, the technician at this Sprint store to be far more helpful and knowledgeable than anyone else I have ever encountered anywhere. He spent nearly a whole hour working with us to clean up issues created by others, and saved us $$$ in the process. A gentleman before us drove nearly 50 miles just for his service.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Waited for over an hour for our turn. The couple before us had been there 4 hours, the husband had literally taken a nap in the waiting area! We ended up with the Store Manager but she could not answer any questions without making a phone call to Sprint, not just one call but literally every question we asked ended up in a call to Sprint. We started the conversation with her about my daughters phone being broken and our conversation was all around how to get a replacement. We were trying to buy a phone from the store, not go on a payment plan but purchase it outright. Because we purchased the original phone from Best Buy our contract is apparently with Best Buy through Sprint. Sprint will charge us $25/month if we replace the broken phone. We literally had to wait for an hour to get that information from her and then she asked why are you getting a different phone?. She had a real problem listening to the issues and was incompetent in helping. Wake up Sprint - you will lose customers!!

My phone had essentially fried while charging. It said I was eligible for an upgrade so I just went to this location as it was closest. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they wanted me to add another line to the account to get a 200 card to cover the expenses of this one, while changing my phone number and losing all of my current pictures and everything. They had made it appear as if this was my only option, and I was the cause of the damage. I didnt damage the phone so i didnt feel responsible for the charges.I instead went to the westnedge location where they not only fixed my current phone, but at no charge as well. If you ever have any problems, just drive the extra miles to the westnedge location where Derek and the technicians can help you instead of the manager or staff at the West main location.

This store is a F****** joke!!!! Dont go to this store unless someone has a gun to your head. Literally got hung up on me 5 times. I was told 3 to 5 days it would take to get my equipment in, how ever 2 weeks later no one is able to tell me where it is or if it was even ordered. Mike is the store manager apparently and he doesnt know anything because the tech is never in until 12noon. They will give you fake names to avoid accountability. I dont know who owns this locations... But they represent the Sprint brand poorly! You figure each time you call and give them your contact information... That someone would call you back to let you know what the hell is going on... Especially since it was only suppose to take 5 days at the most!

I was already a sprint customer looking for a new plan, the staff listened to what I needed and wanted, and told me which plan would be the best option in terms of money and plan features within a 5 minute conversation. The manger even stay after closing to make sure everyone on my plan was ready to go with our previous numbers and new phones. I have never experienced such exceptional service, they are my go-to sprint store for all my sprint needs from this day on. A huge shoutout to Naydena and Jennifer.

This store was once a booming business on the outskirts of the westside of Kalamazoo, but not all that they do is sell phones and bluetooth speakers. No Tech. people on site..No repairs of any sorts.They refer you to the South Westnedge store in Portage...theres always a line and a wait.Sprint needs to bring back and have Techs and Repair guys at Stores in the 4 directional sides of this community.

I had a problem with an older model, iPhone 5 se. I disabled my phone in my pocket and didn’t know what to do because I am on a family plan that I don’t have all the passcodes to. The manager at this store was very adimate and detailed about possibilities that could be possible to fix this problem without knowing the codes or going to Another store in Grand Rapids. Naydena was able to reset my phone and fully focus on helping me knowing and not mentioning an objection of a sale or anything like that. She wanted me to be completely satisfied and I left the store that day completely that way. This store is great! Highly recommended.

How am I to get my phone fixed when you dont even have a tech hired? And the Westnage store doesnt have parts in and got told to just come back next week some time. Why even bother having insurance? Especially when it cost for the deductible than the phone is worth/I can buy on ebay. And all I would get is a used phone, not a new one.

Store manager Matt was texting and on the phone with coworkers while working with customers. Tried to push me to buy a new device and for my mom to switch I from another service, even after countless times of saying no. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for something that seemed very routine. Could have multi tasked and seen what our problem was for the day, but just stood around and was on his phone.

Worst experience dealing with a sprint store to date!I went in for an appointment I scheduled on 8/20/15 at 6pm- I was immediately told the tech wasnt there that day (no one wanted to call and tell me that) and they werent willing to look at my phone, so come back tomorrow. I scheduled another appointment for the next day, same time. I get there and they tell me I had at least 3 people in front of me so to leave my phone and come back an hour and a half later (pretty imperative I scheduled an appt, eh?). Came back exactly an hour and a half later and found out they couldnt look at my phone because I had a lock on it. The tech, who seemed irritated, told me she didnt feel like messing with it so they were just going to order me a new phone. That was on Friday, August 21st - it is now September 8th and after being told by two different employees the phone had been shipped, one employee said that it was on back-order - and not being called back three separate times on top of it when I left a message for the manager...Im still out a phone. As of today, 9/8/15 I have spoke to two separate case workers (the complaint was escalated) - which they have decided to overnight me a phone because according to both case workers it was never actually ordered. Now that Ive paid for a full month of service that I couldnt use...Im out time, money and I recommended to everyone who has Sprint to NOT visit this particular store.
