If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Its really quite simple. I ordered next day air. I forked over 42 bucks for next day air, because I need the part. The item I ordered was only 12 bucks. But, time is of the essence. I got a confirmation email that they took my money, and that my order has been processed - but no tracking number? What kind of internet business ships next day air with UPS and doesnt provide a tracking ID. What a joke. If it isnt remedied, I will have to go through UPS I suppose.....Ordered Friday night, 8 pm. It is Sunday 4 pm. Still no response.
Ordered a couple of samples. Got them quickly. Great quality filament. Thankful for a store in town.
