I have not bought anything from them yet! But their staff are amazing. I was looking for a semi dressy outfit for a baptism, and the fabulous lady on the phone was so kind to have sent me pictures of the dresses they had. So I didn’t waste a trip to look at dresses that were not exactly what I was looking for. That right there makes me love them and it will have me going to the store in the future. Thank you so much!

Great place to get a nice gift for yourself or a friend. The staff were friendly and offered to hold my large items while I continued to shop. Clean store with a large variety of items to choose from such as bags, clothing, candles, and hats.

My partner and I stopped by Lanas Boutique while we enjoyed art hop recently. The staff at Lanas where so very helpful and created a warm inviting atmosphere. I purchased a couple of shirts, and some mens accessories during our visit, which I hadnt planned on any purchases while we where out, Well done Lanas sales team!

Im a browser so I normally make multiple trips around the store before deciding what to buy - staff chatted with me on each lap before I decided what I wanted. Had a lot of neat things, including things that were made in Michigan. Staff was very friendly!

Most of the clothing here is made in China. That didnt used to be the case.

Went to Lana’s for the first time today and I was really impressed. Customer service was very kind and helpful!

I have enjoyed shopping at Lana’s Boutique both in the Kalamazoo and St Joseph stores! They are different from each other and both have a fun atmosphere with friendly staff! They’ve helped me find many great pieces for my wardrobe!

My problem isnt with the clothes. I found a nice shirt when I was there and as I was checking out I realized that 2 of the 3 employees there were not wearing masks and one was coughing as I checked out. They have some bs sign up about not wearing masks because of hipaa and the 4th amendment. Lo and behold I am sick today! I am furious that people could be so irresponsible in these uncertain times and Im even more upset that I am sick, likely as a result of their carelessness. I would strongly encourage going to other businesses in the district where the employees wear masks and dont come to work sick.

I shopped here for years for my wife but unfortunately will never go back. They have a terrible return/ exchange policy. I would absolutely avoid this place if you are shopping for a gift. There is a nice boutique just down the road with much better service.

Whenever I wear clothing that I purchased from Lanas Botique, I get compliments. Lanas has upscale clothing for women who wish to get away from a cookie-cutter fashion look.
