KLS is the best! The quality of their Gardeners Delight is top notch. My flowers were looking very sad, until I planted them in the gardeners delight. Within the hour they had perked right up! The staff was also very helpful in assisting me with what I needed. Would recommend!

Ordered 3 cu yards of top/yard dirt at 12:00 noon. KLS delivered in less than 2 hrs. Awesome service. Joe the driver dropped it on a dime spot, great job.They are in Kzoo and we live in Lawrence.

Great selection of mulch with great prices. The quality of the mulch is much better than most. Also, delivery is available at a reasonable cost!

I had a very pleasant experience with KLS in the past couple of days. Today, was the day we requested to have our cedar mulch delivered. Let me just say that they were extremely professional from over the phone to the completion of delivery. Joey, I believe delivered to us and he was so careful in being sure our grass would be ok with the delivery. I really appreciated his professionalism and his attention to detail. We will definitely be using them again and will surely recommend them to others.

The delivery was very prompt and friendly, cost seems competitive, but not good quality soil. I ordered garden soil and a month later have some sort of grass growing everywhere. I even mixed preen into soil when distributing it in my garden. Not satisfied and wont get soil from here again.

Far and away the best prices and service for all your landscaping needs. Did some price shopping at one of the big box stores in town and called KLS to compare... I couldnt believe the difference! Not only were the supplies for my project 1/10 the cost (saving which KLS is able to pass on to the consumer because they buy product in bulk), but they also provide affordable delivery and the service was very personalized. The gal at the front took the time to answer all of my questions in a very friendly and thorough manner. I cringe thinking about all the time and money I have wasted on the Big Box/Cooperate stores when I could have been supporting local business, saving money, and getting better service this whole time. Never again! KLS- you have a customer for life.

Landscape Timbers FallI recently had to replace some landscape timbers in my backyard due to rot. They were about 4 yrs old which struck me as odd that they deteriorated that fast. So when I purchased some new replacement timbers at KLS (Kalamazoo Landscape Supplies) I asked them if there was any warranty on them. They said yes, there is a limited lifetime warranty. I told them I had bought the rotted timbers from them about 4 yrs ago (and they were surprised also), but I still had to pay full price for the new ones. The owner (Dan) said I would have to show him a receipt for the old ones (who keeps receipts for 4 yrs!!!). I asked him to lookup my past purchases but they dont keep records apparently back that far (See what I mean!!!). Thus, this is why I am giving them 2 out of 5 stars. So much for customer service :(
