Like many pregnant women, I get cravings. Mostly sweet/sour like Penn Stations lemonade. Tastes like lemonade from a fair and nostalgia is my favorite emotion. Tonight, as I was driving and the craving hit. Pulled in to Penn Station to get my fix and there was a sign on the door that they were closing immediately due to staffing. This is completely understandable but I decided to do my best to persuade the employees inside cleaning to open the doors just to get my lemonade. The gracious gentleman and young lady inside allowed me to indulge my craving and I couldnt be more pleased with the entire interaction. 5 stars to them both!

One of the best subs you can get. Been going here for years. Great bread, great ingredients, and its consistently that way. They toast it up and it makes everything come together. Fresh lemonade and cookies. I like to get the big sub and make 2 meals of it, because you will want more. Relatively fast since they make and cook it as you order. Staff is always different but the food stays the same. Also, having travelled slot it does have an easy coast vibe to the food. Thicker cuts on meats, chopped, seasoned, goodness. Highly recommend.

It was okay. I had an avocado turkey wrap. I had asked for onions on mine didnt get them. My husband had a chicken Parm sandwich. He was really hoping for a meatball sub. They are pretty good. Just not much to the menu. So if your looking for something exact may want to look online see if its there.. the fries are wicked good.

Its not the fastest service but when considering that they cut your potato fresh to fry it and how tasty the fries and subs are, I was happy. The grilled chicken on their chicken parmesan is delicious.

I got a sandwiches here today. I got 2 of my subs perfectly fine, but my last one was nothing but meat and cheese. I ordered an italian sub. awful service as well. They acted as if they had no idea what they were doing.

My fries were a little overcooked and they hadnt even started on my order by the time I arrived to pick it up 30 minutes later. Im allowing some leeway since they were under staffed but they seemed to chat more than work...

I LOVE THE SUBS HERE.

I was just having a sandwich and bit on something hard and spit out a BIG PIECE OF PLASTICS. It was hidden in the sandwich. Its terrifying when I think this plastic piece was toasted in the oven in my sandwich and I just ate it.

I bought lunch for myself and a colleague. The food was great, both the sandwich and the fries! Soft drink was on point considering most restaurants dont have their foundation drink syrup ratios right. My colleague really loved the lemonade. Staff was very friendly and overly considerate. My only suggestion is that they should acknowledge you in line by saying that theyll be right with you instead of just ignoring you. Will come back.

This is hands down the best place to get a sub. This location has an awesome manager too.

Generally, service is good, ordered 3 large fries and they were only half full. Brought them back into show the manager and the young man got upset and started throwing the fries scooper because he had to make more fries. Got home and found out that he messed up my sandwiches also.

I placed a online order bc I needed to be in and out and grab dinner on the go. I stood at the end to order for a while without being greeting so I figured I’d just go over and pay. I get where I need to be and low and be hold full of tomatoes and lettuce. This would be fine if I wasn’t allergic to tomatoes. And I try calling back but they have no working number. It just says there is no voice mail and doesn’t ring. Normally i would be ok but this isn’t the first time they’ve made my sandwich wrong and I’ve wasted money there.

I was there yesterday at 5:45. My daughter ordered me a sub and had it all paid for. There was a gal with a red head dress on that came out of the back and flipped out. Told 4 of us to leave, no problem except she was flipping out. When I came back in she was rude again. I hada mask on and was polite. Her co workers seemed embarrassed but not enough to speak up.

The tuna salad sandwich was really good. Ive had it twice now from two different locations. Both times it was delicious. I was told the fries were really great but Im not sold on them. Overall though I really like the tuna salad sandwich and will try the artichoke and vegetarian options next time.

Always super fast. Very polite staff. The 1 time my food took a little longer than expected they brought us each a cookie for the inconvenience. If youre looking for a quick bite I dont think you can go wrong here they make so many great subs. If you want to customize you can I do and never had an issue.

The food is good, but the last 2 times visiting here, my order was made incorrectly. I live about 10 min from here and always get my food takeout. Today, I ordered a 12 inch Dagwood all the meats, provolone, lto, salt, pepper, oregano and spicy mustard. Somehow, there are no onions or tomatoes, there is American cheese ( which I dont like to eat), oil and vinegar (which made the sandwich soggy during the drive). I used to really enjoy eating here and have been a regular since Penn Station opened and have been told Im their oldest customer, but I am eating something that I am not enjoying.

Easily my favorite sub joint. The bread makes the sandwich, they are made hot and fresh then and there, the hand cut fries are on point with malt vinegar on deck as it should be! Fresh lemonade is my jam! Just a taaaaad pricey but worth it!

Really clean interior; very well kept. The ordering process is a bit unusual if youve never been before. You order your sandwich(es) on one end of the counter, but you then have to walk to the other end before adding on any additional items like drinks or sides. The wait was a little long, but thats not a huge deal. We enjoyed our food either way in the end.Overall the experience didnt blow me out of the water, but it was still a good meal and not a hassle. We ordered lunch for our moving crew of 17 guys. We were able to place our order of 17 different subs, chips, fries, cookies and drinks using their online ordering service and it was fast, simple and very user-friendly! They had our order ready for pick up in 45 minutes and everything was accurate! The staff was very friendly and diligent in checking everything off of our order! Great job!

The employees have been listing to music extremely loudly and ignoring me for 20 mins. After which they gave me attitude and were rude. I was the only one waiting in line. We made eye contact a few times. Like how do you not hear someone talking for like 20 mins.

I stopped in for a sub on July 5th around 5:30 and was greeted with friendliness, Ordered my sub and while it was being made i asked the employee if I could add extra mayo, but it was too late,it already went through the sub oven, I said no problem, it was my bad I forgot, a few minutes later the employee handed me my bag and said I made you another one with extra mayo. It was so sweet, he didnt have to since it was my mistake. That gesture made my evening and I really appreciated the wonderful customer service.

Penn station was awesome. The food and drink were great but most importantly the staff was excellent. Ive been to 5 Star restaurants and paid almost 4x times the amount & still couldnt get the same great service. Special thanks to Rex for great service!

Subs were the messiest Ive ever seen. Couldnt even fold it shut. One staff doing all the work while two teen boys sat on phones ON THE PREP TABLES. We were only guests and every table was dirty. Brought one sub out and said they messed up the other one. Was almost done eating the first sub when the other came out. Fries were bits and pieces and cold. Dudes couldnt even get orders right let alone talk to the customers...wont be back. Visited 7/29 at 8 pm

Absolutely the best bread I have ever had at a sub shop. I had an Italian sub and fries. Both were amazing and the cookie was great as well. I rarely ever give 5 stars but it is well deserved based on this particular experience.

This is a great place to get a hot delicious sub. The service was awesome. They greet you when you come in and thank you for stopping in as you leave.

Convenient family food with fast friendly service. I loved being able to watch the game on their awesome flat screen while waiting for my food. Good place to meet up with buddies and watch a game.

My sandwich was well made and fresh, I wish there were more fresh veggies, like spinach.

Wont be coming back asked them no honey mustard and no tomatoes. When I checked before leaving it had extra honey mustard and extra tomatoes. Asked for a replacement thinking they would get it right this time. Even asked me as they were remaking it and still got it wrong. When I get home there is still honey mustard but no tomatoes this time

Small subs, expensive, marinara on the steak and cheese? Hard pass, way too many superior options in town to bother with this nonsense. A chain that could disappear and most wouldnt notice.

Ordered 2 Italian subs. Same ones Ive ordered many times before. Get home and they are both missing the onions and yellow peppers. Completely changed the taste and texture. Very disappointed. Ive always had good subs before this visit.

This place is very great. I recommend the sausage with everything on it and you should anticipate a little wait with this place. Quality fresh food takes some time.

The floor was sticky and all tables were dirty. The tea was old and sour. I asked to have my App scanned and the gentleman didnt know what I was talking about. After I paid the other gentleman said I cant use my app after Ive paid although I tried to use it prior. I got my sandwich with only meat on it. Cordon Bleu and Italian. After my husband took it back to the counter they handed us lettuce and tomato. Both sandwiches were extremely over cooked and way too much oil was used. Ive visited several Penn station subs and none of this was the case. I do not completely fault the young men. They were doing their best and they were the only ones there. No experienced supervisor or management to assist or teach.
