Brett goes above and beyond to provide what we need, he is quick to answer and he is always making sure we get what we need.Today we ran out of aprons and rags and within an hour his driver was already delivering what we asked for, he has done this many times for us.He takes care of his customers and we are very happy with his service, I highly recommend this company.

Bad sails reps and management in the Kalamazoo branchthey will change your order and fall to properly log your cancelation so that they can send you to collections for the full amount of the contract that was canceled. what a scam. proved to the first collections company with prof of cancelation and they will just send it to a new one. like restaurants need more stress in 2020 and 2021. the owner of the company came and eat at our restaurant and had know idea about the issue thats how poor their communication is DO NOT USE

PSA to all my culinary/restaurant industry peeps...Avoid, avoid, avoid CLS Uniform and Linen!!! Do not even consider them for your restaurant linen needs!!!! They will be happy to charge you the agreed upon amount of money each week, but look out... you will soon be asking for more towels because they will only be dropping of a percentage of your contract amounts. I’ve reached out to them many times (driver & office) to let them know we are using all of our towels. They assume you have plenty of towels stashed away and won’t bother checking.They eventually gave me what I contracted for, but after many months of getting screwed I can’t in good conscience do business with them going forward... but I have to 😕. On top of that, you are stuck with them for 5 years 😳😡. I know, shame on me for allowing a 5year contract to be signed... Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere

Terrible experience and customer service. When you attempt to cancel service because of this, they pick a random amount, say that you owe, and then send you off to a debt collection service/threating legal action. Same as other commenter below. Avoid/Avoid/Avoid!!!

We love working with Jared at CLS. He got us exactly what we were looking for at an affordable price. I also love our delivery staff, all friendly and helpful. We get compliments on our uniforms daily. Couldnt be happier with the level of service we have received.

Seriously they can’t count. We order 30 large towels and 60 small and received 30 large and 25 small! We are Professional Certified Groomers and must have fresh towels for each and every client! Total lack of quality control and attention to detail.

The 3000 address is across the street overnight space to park . quick friendly staff. 1 hour unload.If only all days can be this nice .

We utilize CLS for all of our employee uniforms, rags, rugs, and most of our janitorial supplies. Their entire sales team and their delivery associate are friendly, responsive, and true professionals. I would highly recommend doing business with them.Additionally, we just placed a rather large, special order. It was filled and delivered in four business days. Everything was perfect - color, size, and embroidery - and they even separated it out for me by individual employee order. I cant say enough good things about my experience with CLS. Thank you!

Great service for the past 1,237 weeks in a row!Every Wednesday we get clean mats and towels and fresh soap.Portage Printing depends on CLS and they never fail us.
