Order has gone past maximum quoted time with no contact or explanation of delay. reached out 3 days in a row in an attempt to get an answer and still havent heard back from anyone. 1/5 star ratingEdit 10/30/2021: slide arrived in perfect condition. great quality, worth the money. shortly after my order arrived they changed their quoted times to compensate for their high demand. Aside from the previous customer service issue which theyve addressed, You can trust JW for a good finished product.

Sent my slide off over 3 months ago and reached out to them through email 4 times and never heard back from them. They don’t have a contact number so email is the only way. They do great work this is my 2 item I sent off but taking a long time with no response is not great customer service. Looking forward to getting my item back soon

Placed an order in July and sent in my slide and RMR. Order has been over the time quoted for completion. I email the company consistently on a monthly bases. No one has responded or giving an explanation on the status of my order. This is ridiculous! The picture of the craftsmanship looks great but the customer service is beyond horrible.

Chose the Covid cut, came out great. I think the company may need to work on customer service skills a little bit, but other than that great stuff.

I sent a slide to be cut and coated, I included my brand new optic so it could be mounted, which is a service provided with what I had ordered. Today I received my slide that has been cut and coated as ordered, but no signs of my brand new optic...EDITJagerWerks had the optic on hand still and shipped it out very quickly. They were polite and helpful. Their machining work is top notch and there were very helpful when a mistake was made.

Send my Glock 17 to get an RMR cut, sending my Glock 43x next week 100% would recommend . Just ship them your slide with your optic they even install and live worry freeTip. They usually have a sale around Christmas and 4th of July

These guys must be awfully proud of themselves with very large egos. The prices they charge for simple optic cuts and slide refinishing are OUTRAGEOUS and WAY above industry norms.Goto ATEi, another michigan based company for affordable work that is very well known throughout the country.

Order has gone weeks past the quoted turnaround time (currently over 13 weeks that they have had my slide). Reached out multiple times over the past couple weeks and have not received any response. Not really sure what to do at this point.

Great work on my 17FS

Got my slide back after an optic cut and the front sight fell off after 300 rounds. The response I got back in summary was sometimes the loctite doesnt set, sorry. Kinda weaksauce after the reputation I had heard of from these dudes. I wouldnt recommend Jagerwerks at least for putting on irons. Also they wont let my review go up on the product page as it wasnt a glowing 5 star review like the other eight.

I put in an order before the holidays for some slide work on my cz p09. RMR mill and top window. The slide was mailed back to me about 6 weeks later (completely understandable considering the holidays).The work done was very very good! Quality craftsmanship indeed. But to my surprise, the slide did not have a front window, but had top serrations instead. I emailed Jagerwerks about the issue and they responded first thing in the morning on the next business day. Steven was apologetic and gave me plenty of options to resolve the issue including a full refund. I decided to send the slide back and have the window milled free of charge.My review is 5 stars because despite the initial mistake I understand with the tempo of the industry now a days, mistakes can happen. It is how Jagerwerks handled the mistake that demonstrated their dedication to customer service. Highly recommend!

The slide cut they provided was perfect. But we all expect that, right? These guys were amazing. These guys provided the most amazing customer service. I live close, so I brought my slide in rather then having it shipped. They cut my slide, mounted my optic, and even gave me all sorts or advice about it. The shop was amazing, with these huge state of the art CNC cutting machines. Their story is even cooler. Just a group of youngish (compared to me anyway) guys in business together, passionate about the work they do. So my experience was great service, great guys, and an overall fun experience. You should check these guys out. I am usually pretty hard to impress, and they impressed me.

Messaged them twice to have a few standard serrations added to my slide and a nitride finish. Got a response We do not offer that setup at this time. Sorry about that. Some good engineers over there I guess.

I got the 507c and milling. My 507c shuts off randomly after only a couple weeks of having it. I believe these maybe first Gen 507c’s which have a known issue. Response from Jagerwerks go through Holosun. My response I should have in the first place.

Nitride treatment is first class and these guys are really helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
