Ive been coming here for quite a few years now. After my last couple visits these guys have been much better than they use to be. I did a valve lash adjustment on my own bike and the guys in the service department were SUPER helpful with the right shim sizes and lending an ear to listen to the bike when I was done. The guys over in parts were able to get me what I needed in a timely fashion. They still forget to call you when the part comes in, but no biggie. I would definitely go back. I have been in this store a few times and no one comes out to see what I want based on my look, so I bought my new bike elsewhere.They missed out on a bike purchase and future parts and service. I only gave one star because you have to or I would have given them a 0.My father had his car worked on and the mechanic gave him a bill with items on it that were not supposed to be worked on and one of them they claimed to have replaced was a part my father put on and had receipt for, that is stealing and lying after that the manager came out and spoke to him and priced was dropped but the fact of the matter is they lie and steal on top of being horrible with customer service. This place should be shut down.Unless you have no other options and I mean NO options find some where else to get your bike car or parts I guarantee you will regret it if you give thrm.your business and time.

Took my 07 CBR600RR here a couple weeks ago for repairs due to a hit and run in my apt complex parking lot. Found it online with a bunch of BBB accolades and 40+ yrs in town made me give em a call. Courteous on the phone got me to come in. Dont remember his name, but the guy who received my bike for repair was cool, knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff called me after a couple days to give me the estimate and a quick expected completion date. A couple days later than his earliest guess my bike was ready. Picked it up and this guy was courteous, friendly and all that. Rode it home and Im very happy with my experience there. So much so, Ill be back for tires since the tread is low on both and I then managed to puncture the rear tire later on the same evening I rode it home! Again, great guys doing excellent work.

Took my 07 gsxr 600 here for its brake master recall. Set an appointment in August 2014 and had them order the parts. Apparently they tried to order a Yamaha master cyl instead of suzuki. Waited 2 MONTHS recieved no phone calls. Called in and made sure they had ordered the part. Was assured it was on order. Waited ALL winter never heard back. May 2015 took my bike in and dropped it off. No records of my bike having any parts ordered. I stood there at the service department and they again tried to order another Yamaha master for it... Finally they ordered a Suzuki master for it. 2 weeks later no phone calls. I call in and they say its done. I try to ride it afterwords and they disconnected the brake switch so I had no brake lights.HORRIBLE service. No phone calls, ordered the wrong part twice and messed it up when they got the right part. I will never go back. Took 8 months to do a brake master recall wrong.

Parts department hangs up on you after you hold forever multiple times. Very unknowlegeable and does not even carry basic part like sprockets. Have given them.multiple chances with same results.

Vehicles sold here were completely destroyed and were horribly put back together. Employees drive vehicles as personal vehicles and destroy them further. I used to work for them so i know. I was the lead mechanic there
