Purchased four Kayo quads. Received great help and great prices. So far the quads seem to be on par with big name ones but at a big discount. The 200s are perfect for teens and adults to have a blast on with plenty of power to climb hills or twist through tight trails. The 125s are fine for younger riders but not for tall or heavy teens. My goodness, where do I start. Easily the worst experience I have had as an adult in my 44 years when it pertains to a vehicle repair. I dropped of my wave runner in July and did not get it back until a few days shy of November. I dropped it off clean and running, and received it back covered in filth and not running, and missing the battery. I must have made a dozen calls inquiring the progress, never receiving a definitive answer, and when I asked for updates I never received one. I had to hunt down the parts myself because of excuse after excuse. Do not be fooled by the new construction of the building and fake smiles from the staff. I warn anyone with plans on using Zeigler motor sports as a place for repairs, you will only be met with headaches and letdown.

A little disappointed with my service experience. Maybe I expect too much. I paid over $400 for engine oil filter 2 spark plugs & differential fluid change. I asked for a brake adjustment which I thought would be included and it needs .It wasnt done. Then they told me I needed to spend $250 to sync the carbs to correct a sputtering problem when its cold. I purchased this machine new in 2006 and it has sputtered from day one. I purchased two new machines from them this spring. Im not sure where Im going to have those serviced.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Only place in the entire country that had one part I needed. Their text messaging service is monitored by a representative instead of a computer program. Anthony, at the service counter, was awesome. I had them mount 2 new tires for me and they told me I needed brakes as well for another $200 plus parts. I ordered the pads online and did them myself in 30 minutes. But hey, not everyone is mechanically inclined.They were right though. Rear brakes were shot. Over all, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back at all. They’re good people that do good work. They’re pricey, but trustworthy and everybody’s got to make a living.

My 1998 Honda 750 Shadow needed a long list of service attention before a cross-country trip. I appreciated working with Blaine at the service desk. He was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and a good communicator. Im very pleased with the mechanical service as well. The bike is running smoother today than I can ever remember, with new chain, plugs, filters, battery, oil, and whatever else they touched.My suggestion for the service department is to please address the phone answering situation. It was challenging to reach a live person each time I called.

Great dealership! I came down from north of Grand Rapids because I was looking for a specific motorcycle. I had a concern about an issue I had seen in the forums about how the bike comes from the factory. They checked it out for me, and made sure it wasn’t an issue. The customer service is wonderful. But I just had my quad in and I bring it home to find something broken that wasnt broken before and all of a sudden nobody touched that portion of my quad even though I was told something about it. I didnt have any issues with this before I took it to them.

Cool store, and the employees were very kind and helpful in person. However, there was no communication initiated by them for 3 weeks. I needed a new tire, it was supposed to be $150 and arrive in 3 business days. When it took over a week and was actually $217, nobody told me. I called to see if my bike was done, and they told me I was taken off the schedule. It then took two more weeks for bike to be finished. I called asking for another update and they told me it had been done, I never got a call. I’m also wondering if my bike was left outside, because there were a bunch of leaves in it when I picked it up.Again, very nice in person, but very bad communication. Won’t be returning for service.

I purchased a quad for my son and noticed the battery was leaking after some riding at home, so they sent an associate from Kalamazoo all the way to Fremont to pick up the quad to be checked out and brought it back the next day! The person or lady who answers your phone on Saturdays should be assigned a different job. Rude, insinuating and shes probably the reason why we were on hold 3 different times for over 30 before being hung up on...... dont bother, They dont have it in stock anyways.

The sales team was phenomenal. They listened to us, made sure we got what we were looking for and we’re very informative. The service department wasn’t as helpful, comparatively. We purchased a service agreement to have our jet ski picked up, winterized and returned to us. We also paid to have some body work done. They had our boat from October until June, and as of the day we picked it up the body work hadn’t been done. The salesman did it himself in the parking lot. Communication was poor, if at all, and we were constantly pushed out when we asked when our boat would be done. It was frustrating, but they took care of us in the end.

Went to buy a quad for my son, they told me an out the door price over the phone. Got there, they said it was $200 more than they quoted me. Sales guy said the manager wouldn’t let him budge on the price. Left and went to Coloma Motorsports where the service was phenomenal and they stood by the price they quoted me over the phone! Thanks Ziegler for making my kid cry and not standing by your word! As a family with quads, boats and just about every other toy you can imagine, we won’t be going back to Ziegler.

I just bought my daughter a Yamaha KFX 90. This is my second experience purchasing from this place. We had amazing service from Chris and Nate. I highly recommend Chris. Being a doctor, I was short on time and they were able to accommodate me. He gave me his personal cell, and I was able to work out an issue I had later in the evening. We were given amazing service from Chris and Nate. My daughter even asked if we could go back there because they were so nice!

This is a very nice facility. Its a really big showroom geared definitely toward off road, but theres a nice bunch of Indian motorcycles, too. Lucas was a champ, got my Scout Bobber Sixty ordered up like I specced. Ill edit an update when I pick up the bike in September.

Whatever rate they initially give you excpect to double it when you go to check out in the service department. Only gave 2 stars because work was OK. They Didnt even replace the bad clips on the plastics when they put it back together and they are a “ dealership “.

The purchase of the Teryx 800 S side/side was great. However, purchasing additional accessories has been a pain. Bought the unit in May and still waiting on winch as well as mounting bars/brackets for 4-point seat harnesses.

Speedy service, just wish the parts and service department were on the same page. Scheduled service a week ago and they couldnt see if my tires were in. Waited on hold for over 15 mins for parts department to check on my tires. Ended up just heading up there. Everything was good to go but the communication could improve.

I stopped in while on a road trip on my 07 Vstar and was in desperate need of a rear tire. They were 40 mins from closing and it was a holiday weekend they went out of there way to stay over and make sure I was safe and had a new tire to make it home. My wife and kids really appreciated it still being 150 miles from home and worried if the tire would last that far. Great guys Ill be going back for more parts and accessories. Thanks again.

Great overall experience. Had what I wanted in stock and in the showroom. Wanted to buy on a Saturday and financing hadn’t responded yet. Instead of letting me drive 2 hours Evan notified me and instead we went in on Monday to pick up our bike. Smooth transaction. I’ll never go back. I went there in February looking for a new riding coat. This was during Covid times. I walked past four or five sales people, none of whom were wearing masks, and not one of them greeted me or even said a word to me. They just stood around talking to each other. When I went to the clothing area, a young sales woman at the counter didn’t even look up from her phone to greet me. When I asked about a certain type of coat, she just pointed to the back wall and said if they had any they would be over there. She never talked to me again or offered to assist me. My wife and I just walked out shaking our heads at the terrible service and said we will never go back again. I would rather drive a little further and go to Fox power sports in Grand Rapids where they treat you very well and appear to appreciate your business.

Had some warranty work performed on my Honda. Looks like the work was performed as expected. Greeted upon my arrival and checked in immediately. Guys helped me load my machine on the trailer. It seems like it always takes a little longer than discussed, but if thats what it takes to do it correct Ill take it. Thats the driver for 4 out of 5 stars.

Ordered some parts for my Honda mower through their affiliate site Cycle Parts Nation back on June 6th, as of July 5th I have only received one part. Took over a week for them to even ship that one part, and the rest of the parts were left out of that shipment. I made two separate calls to inquire on the status of the remaining parts. First one I was assured that everything would ship out that following Monday (which never happened) second one I was finally informed that one of the parts was on back order. I asked to have the rest of the parts shipped out and to have the back ordered one shipped whenever it arrived.I go on vacation for a week….and no parts. I call again today, and am told that I asked to have the order held for the back ordered part, which as I mentioned above, I did not ask for. Employee says that they have received the back ordered part as of today, but it may take “a few more days” to actually ship it. She would go downstairs immediately and have them ship my other parts, but I’d been told that before (twice, actually) and just told her to cancel the remaining order.They’re apparently understaffed so also expect to spend anywhere from 15-30 minutes on hold just to get someone to pick up the phone.This is a textbook example on how NOT to do business.

Quick service and available inventory BUT (nothing good comes after the but) the rep said that my 125 CC ATV would go 30 mph yet it struggles to reach 15 or 20. The battery needed to be charged before it could be started (5 year warranty is good I hope). Will wait to see if the one year warranty (that the sales rep told me was on the machine while the mfg says 6 months) is needed or not. Looks nice...seems well built...a bit concerned with questionable promises...

I walked around for 20 minutes and even threw my leg over a bike. Not one person even said Hi. I probably would have paid cash for that heritage deluxe on the showroom floor had they even acknowledged my presence.

Cool place to grab nearly anything you want for your motorcycle...Lots of aftermarket and OEM options available. Decent selection of riding gear and accessories.. They also sell new and used bikes from all the major brands.. The only negative I can add is their entrance might be hard to find for people from out of town. Mainly because they dont have a Sprinkle Road vehicle entrance.. Its not a deal breaker though..

I was looking for a 150 ADV Honda for weeks & finally got ahold of this place...they had one! The facility & the employees were awesome... Evan stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process (I do not live close) & even helped me get the bike in the truck! I will definitely be coming back regardless of the hike:)

Ziegler’s customer service is terrible. It always takes a very long time for anybody to get in contact with you. They never call you back when they say they will. I feel as though they always beat around the bush when it comes to their machines. Almost seems like it is an inconvenience for them.Timeline always takes much much longer then what they say it will. When we purchased the brand new machine, it broke the very first week due to them not assembling it correctly. Always seems like there is something wrong with it. I wish I would’ve never bought a machine from Ziegler’s. At the time we bought the General, Polaris was promoting a Hero’s discount. My husband is a firefighter & police officer and I am a Level 1 Trauma nurse. It was a fight for Ziegler’s to give us this discount provided by Polaris. Very disappointed that this is how they treat people of service.

Overall good experience. Bought a 2021 Can-Am Outlander. As of 2021, these ATVs only come with one key from the factory. I have never purchased a vehicle of any type in my life that has only come with one key. Would recommend to Ziegler (if you actually read these) to give your customers a second key, on the house, as an appreciation for choosing your dealer and to go that extra mile in retaining their future business.

After stopping at a few local dealers in the Metro Detroit area and spending a lot time researching online, I was still unsure on what ATV to purchase. I decided to drive out to Zeigler Motorsports in Kalamazoo, MI. Upon arrival, I was blown away by the size of the building and showroom. It is larger than most car dealerships! The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Having all of the brands in one place really helped to make a decision. I placed an order for a new ATV and cant wait for it to arrive! Family was in search of a utility vehicle and we stopped in to Ziegler and had great customer service initially. After the sale was final and paid in full we waited the 7 days until the accessories were supposed to show up and be installed. Our parts were either sold out from under us or not ordered in the first place. We are now 2 weeks past the sale date and still don’t have our unit in possession. I would not recommend buying a unit and expecting timely service with accessories.
