I needed a new office chair for my home. They were very knowledgeable and helped me directly with finding the right chair. The salesman I worked with was not trying to push anything he could onto me. Instead he educated me on the chair that would help my back pain the most. I can say Im now pain free and very thankful. You wont find this service at Office Depot, trust me on that.

I have worked with this company several times over the last 25 years and had a pretty good experience in the past but this last order has been frustrating and based on the last 2 orders with WMOI I think they just don’t care like they used to. This order was for furniture for 2 more offices that matched our previous orders. The installation crew came in and had it done in less than 25 minutes, cost was $250. First desk area had a couple of the legs didnt even touch the ground so I had to adjust everything. The second one was not assembled properly and there was no way the filing cabinet would even go under the table portion. I found this out about 10 minutes after the installation guys left. I immediately contacted WMOI and was handed off to dispatch and a guy name Vic told me nothing he could do and I needed to contact my sales person. He was more interested in handing me off then contacting the installation people to have them turn around and come back and finish the job properly. I had to ask several times to finally get him to at least leave a message for the install guys. I then called my sales person Rodney Karsten and left a message. He called me back 15 minutes later and was a little condescending and told me that it was no big deal and they would come back sometime later that day. I had staff that could not work because why setup everything up when your desk still needs to be torn apart and rebuilt. I now have it fixed but brand new desks with extra holes drilled in them because they were not done correctly the first time. I have left 155 reviews and this is my first 1 star I have given out.
