He was very courageous and did things that he did besides deliver the mattress for me. He explains things about the mattress that I should know. He also answer all the questions I have for him and took all the material with him that I didnt want.

The in store employee was great dealing with terrible corporate communication. The the change was of ownership was not communicated with the new procedures. The new procedures are going to make us look for another provider.

I go by a name other than my birth name so he asked my pronoun preference. Mine is just a nick name but I was impressed that he took a moment to ask.it made me much more comfortable.
After using my machine, I met with Jeff to “fine tune” my pillow fit. We tried various options and tested them. Success! He put me onto the best pillow for me.I went from a 29 occurrence to 3.1 - overnight.He as usual was “Mr. Polite” and worked with me to get an outstanding result.Thanks Jeff!
I cannot say enough about Josh!! My wife called late Sat. night to indicate that a piece of the suction machine had broken and we asked if we could possibly obtain a replacement part. At first we were going to meet Josh on Sunday, Sept. 6th, at the Kalamazoo store on Sprinkle Road. But then he called Sunday morning and indicated he would be delivering the replacement parts and extra tubing to our house! This is incredibly excellent customer service!! I use this machine quite often and am so very glad to be ‘back in business!’ Please give Josh a raise - he deserves it for taking time out of his Holiday weekend to accommodate a client’s request!!
He was awesome! Very polite! He also went through everything with us a couple times to make sure we knew exactly what we needed to do and that we were comfortable doing it before he left. All around great service couldnt ask for anything better especially since it was late at night and he still took special time to make sure it was done right!

Went in and was promptly greeted. The woman that helped me was pleasant and thorough. When the company didn’t have exactly what I requested, she notified me. It was just a matter of color but she still informed me. I was treated well and with respect unlike other medical supply places I’ve been to, if they have what you need I highly recommend coming here.

Local staff in Benton Harbor, MI were great to work with. Once I had my fitting for my CPAP and got going it was a different story. Endless calls every 2 weeks and a 5 minute conversation about how I was not yet eligible for restock of my supplies. Now I am getting calls from India for a local company. Unfortunately I am going to switch services because of way the company handles customer service. I honestly feel bad for the local staff since they were great to work with. There corporate division is not doing them any favors.

I was having difficulty getting comfortable at night with my full face sleeping mask. I called airway oxygen and Jeff asked if I would come in to the store. I went in and everything was sanitized and Jeff wore mask and he also put on gloves. He took time to explain why my mask was hovinh me trouble and helped get another one yo for try right away and walked me through each step of using it and for it with him. I spoke with Jeff who put all of my concerns to rest. I called in a panic because my cpap machine was displaying less sleep time than i actually slept, and I was receiving computer generated notifications. I was not happy! But Jeff was extremely patient and listened. He went on to explain that if i woke up and interrupted my therapy for a few minutes, the machine would sometimes reset itself after i pushed the pause button. He then reassured me by confirming my real time from his office and not to worry. He really made my day! Great experience indeed!!

My great nephew passed away Friday afternoon and they arrived at his mothers home Monday morning to get their equipment. No announcement, no consideration for the family. They could have at least waited until the baby was laid to rest. Do not use this company if you can avoid it. They truly dont care.

This guy was GREAT. Jeff was very personal and professional. Ive had a CPAP for almost a decade and he was still thorough and didnt take shortcuts. He wanted to make sure I got all the info I needed to walk out working. Definitely recommend this place. The staff ste all friendly and very accommodatin . They are open until 6pm on Thusrsdays and for those of us who work desk jobs that makes it really easy for us to get seen!! Thank you for an amazing experience.

Seriously DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY absolutely terrible customer service. We scheduled for our equipment to be picked up and they gave us a very large window. We waited all day long (even took off work to wait) and they never showed up! No call either! When we called asking what happened they said they would be here first thing the next morning and didn’t show up again. I called and they said “sorry we can’t make it today” Um... What?!? Horrible horrible service. Do not waist your time or money.
I have always had a great experience with A.J. All I have to do is email him that I need new supplies, and he sends them out to me. I dont have to call, I dont have to fill out any forms, he just takes care of it and is always very helpful. Not many places are this easy to deal with these days. I appreciate it very much.
I had a great experience when my son’s nebulizer was delivered to our home.Recently, I had to pick up parts to that nebulizer and the customer service was underwhelming. I felt as though I was a big inconvenience. Primarily the male working was not kind. When people come into a store of this nature, obviously they are dealing with medical issues for themselves or loved ones. Kindness goes a long way.
Immediate response to my problem and Jeff did a great job at helping resolve the issue. They go above and beyond.

Without going into too many details, I had piece if home medical equipment that quit working after over a decade of faithful service. With an order from my Doctor in one hand and my worn out broken device in the other, I set out to get a new one. My first stop was Airway where I learned that insurance would not cover my replacement. I didnt have the cash available to pay out of pocket for something brand spanking new, but I needed it. Matt worked whatever magic he worked and made it happen, and by this evening my proplem.was solved. They were under absolutely no obligation to do this, but worked hard to solve my problem. I would be suffering otherwise. I cannot thank them enough. I cannot see ever going somewhere else. Class act all the way around!Aldo they have pretty much everything a person would need in the way of home medical stuff, not just O2. Walkers, electric chairs, beds, pillows, sleep apnea stuff, even the little reacher things that help you pick stuff up from 5 feet away without moving (unfortunately not the version with the T-red shaped head though)
