I made an appointment 4 days ahead of when they could get me in. I dropped off my vehicle and they literally said nothing to me apart from asking my name and dropping my key into a folder. I left confused with the lack of communication, and more than an hour and a half after my appointment should have started, they called to tell me they had the wrong glass and that they wouldn’t be able to fix until the following week.They were not apologetic whatsoever and when I picked up my vehicle they once again said nothing except for asking for my name and dropping the key in my hand. I asked for more information as to why they hadn’t checked the glass prior to my appointment and they had no response. It was a disappointing experience and I feel there was very poor communication.

Had 3 shower enclosures installed by Glass Doctor. Called and made an appointment for them to re-adjust one of the doors that would not open. WAITED ALL DAY AND NO ONE SHOWS UP OR EVEN CALLS! Called the next day and the lady that answers the phone said that she would have some one call me back. No phone call. What an inconsiderate and horrible way to do business.I WILL NEVER CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN!

We love the warranty and how fast they can get glass if its not already in stock. All five of our vehicles have windshields from Glass Doctor for a reason. We had a wonderful experience with Glass Doctor. They are well organized, fairly priced, and offer terrific customer service. After calling around shopping for the best deal we ended up bringing our SUV here to have a window replaced. We showed up on time and they were ready for us. They took our keys and got to work. A couple hours later they called to let us know it would be ready shortly. We showed up a half hour later and it was ready to go. The window looks great and they cleaned all of the broken glass pieces out of our interior. It was a pleasure working with them. I wish there were more companies in the valley who do business like Glass Doctor. Highly recommended.

Stopped and talked to owner about ordering a side glass for a motorhome. He came to our home and measured the glass, said he could get the glass from Oregon and he would order. I told him to go ahead but let me know when it came in. Waited 2 weeks without hearing from him. Between my wife and myself we had called 5 or 6 times. Finally talked to gal in the office, she said the owner got the note SHE had left for him. She said she would call the supplier and call us back. NOTHING from either one, Ill never go there again. Always thought they were good and professional. NOT!If he couldnt get it at least have the courtesy to let the customer know. I would rate a 0 if I could.

Called 2 days in advance, told me apt would be 11 to 1 then changed to 12 to 1:30 at 2 o’clock I was still waiting with no call about running late. I called they said on his way, 3 o’clock I called he’s almost there and windshield has a scratch and I can take with a discount or get a new one the next day, 3:30 he shows the scratch was in line of sight so I said I would take a new one the next day but because I was visiting the park from out of state and did not want to waste another 4 hours tomorrow could you put me first and be on time? The answer was no we can’t guarantee time . After the way I was delayed beyond the time window by 2 hours the day before and a scratched windshield was brought out ( which should have been spotted when they picked it up) a good courteous business would have put me first on the schedule.Tells me they don’t care very much and I refused to do business with them.

I brought a truck in and they told me that it would take 2 hours, then I got a call saying that they shattered a window trying to install so it would be another day. After that their excuse was the window hadnt come in yet al in all I got the truck back five days later and still have to pay in full. They were very unprofessional about the way they do business i suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Nate was very helpful in getting our windshield replaced. They had an excellent price and I couldnt have asked for any better service. He was even able to accommodate our tight time table as we were traveling and only in town for the weekend. The Glass Doctor warranty is a big plus too when in Montana and there is so much gravel.

We had a work order in place for some replacement panes. The tech came by the day of the call. The prices quoted were not unreasonable at all, to be fair. Was told that something had to be ordered. Then crickets. After nearly 2 months of waiting, we just cancelled and went with another solution. In short, prices quoted were fair, but it just seemed like we were put on the back burner after.

Took my truck in to Glass Doctor with a fresh rock chip in the windshield. By the time Nancy returned my truck to me it had a 27” crack in the windshield! Nancy said “so sorry” and sent me on my way with a ruined windshield.

No longer do I have to look through a crack at the world around me when driving. I have a brand new windshield that makes my view while driving crystal clear! Next time I will not wait so long to replace a chip or crack. Thank you for helping me glass doctor!

I had a terrible experience with the Glass Doctor. It took over two months for me to get a single window installed, mind you in the middle of winter. I was quoted two weeks. After the first three weeks, I did not hear a single thing from you guys and had to call to find out my glass was sitting there and nobody called me to schedule an install. When they came out to install it, it was the wrong size and they had to order a new window. Not a big deal, things happen and I’m reasonable. They quoted another two weeks to order the glass. I didn’t hear anything for over a month. Just completely in the dark. At least let me know if it’s taking longer than usual or something. So someone came out to install it (real nice guy) and I called the office to talk about my grievances. Nancy told me she would let the owner know and he would call me the next day. Ten(!) days later I hear nothing so I call again. Nancy is there and says the owner is in and I ask to talk to him. He doesn’t even have the decency to speak with me and tells Nancy to ask if I want $50 off my final payment. At this point it’s not so much about the money but I wasn’t happy and wanted to let them know about it and they completely wanted to avoid the situation. Based on the compete lack of respect and low quality of service, I would definitely go with another glass place. I never have had to write a negative review about any company, but the owner wouldn’t even give me two minutes of his time so I’m laying it out here.

So I made a appointment on a thursday for a following day, they said it would be at 12 noon. 12 noon came and went and I called them, they changed my appointment to later, I am on vacation in kalispell and cancelled plans around their schedule. Waited for a half hour past the time of scheduled arrival prior to calling. They could have called, they didnt. Their solution to the problem is to pay in advance and they will get to me sometime today. My question was, why would I give you money to not show up the second time and be out the cash. I will call someone else. Why cant people do what they say they will do.

Nancy the manager of Glass Doctor was very rude to my husband. He spoke with her directly on a Friday and was told to come in on 10 am on Monday. He drove in all the way from McGregor lake in Marion and was told the appointment was never made. He talked to Nancy and she blamed him stating that he never confirmed the appointment? He then set up another appointment for Wednesday. After I found out I told him to go to Safelite instead and I called Nancy. She was rude when she found out who I was and started trying to blame my husband. I asked her why my husband would drive all the way there if he hadnt thought he had a legitimate appointment? Needless to say I told her we were willing to pay more to go somewhere that treats customers well and cancelled. Save yourself frustration. Dont use Glass Doctor.

These folks may be good with auto glass, but if you get a broken window in your house - DONT call them. One of my dogs broke a 45x63 in window in the front of my house. I called them and they sent out ***. He was very personable and removed the broken glass. He took measurements and I decided to go with a vinyl replacement. He told me it could take up to 2 weeks and they required a 50% deposit. He also said the storm window would be good enough for security. I put up a piece of plywood, since if she went through the window and knocked the storm window loose I felt the storm window wouldnt hold her in. This was the 10th of April. My husband stopped in the next day and paid the 50% deposit. This was April 11th. I hear nothing from them, so on the 28th I called to see what was up. The man who answered the phone said he would call *** and see what happened. At this point I told them I was not satisfied with their professionalism. I finally received a call back from *** on the 2nd of May, indicating he would be here on May 6th to install the window. He spent 2 1/2 hours installing the window, because he had ordered it tight. He told me that in fact the window had not been ordered until my follow up call 2 1/2 weeks after paying the deposit.When he finished installing the window he left with clean up consisting of picking up the larges pieces, but leaving a mess on my floor. Overall I was left with a bad impression of their business practices. If you need a special order glass, Run, do not walk, away from this business.

Made an appointment to have a windshield replaced a week out. Im 40 minutes from Kalispell, and made arrangements to get my vehicle in town with a busted up windshield. I get there for my appointment, and it appears they didnt even order the windshield. There are lot of glass shops around and they were the most expensive, but I figured they would get it done.
