Lance was extremely polite and Friendly but the entire sale process was unbelievably slow for a cash sale. It took almost 5 hours across 2 days to get paperwork signed and receive both keys for the vehicle. The dealership was unprepared for us to pick up the vehicle and we had to drive to 2 separate dealerships to chase down the spare key that came with the truck.

I was searching for a new pickup truck online and found one in their inventory that tickled my fancy. I live in another town, but they were easy to work with over the phone. I had to take a leap of faith and trust them to be accurately portraying the vehicle they were selling. I put down a deposit and traveled a couple hundred miles to retrieve my truck. They had been been very honest and straightforward with me. The vehicle was exactly as promised and all the maintenance issues I could have thought of had already been addressed. My wife and I were on a trip far away from home when our TDI Passat started acting up on us in the middle of nowhere Montana, we were able to make it into Kalispell after the dealer had closed for the day. I took the car in first thing the next day, Christmas eve, and without an appointment Jessica was able to squeeze the car in and get the it looked at right away. She kept me informed throughout the process of what they were doing to diagnose and fix the problem which turned out to be a minor computer glitch. They were able to fix it very quickly. We purchased a used suv from Volkswagen in June and were loving it but once the snow started to fall we realized the awd system was not working. Called up the service department and they covered the diagnostic testing free of charge. After discovering it was infact inoperable they covered the cost of replacing and fixing anything that wasnt working. They have impeccable customer service and really take care of their customers. An initial upsetting situation was taken care of and now we are safely and effectively driving in these Montana winter conditions. Truly couldnt have asked for a better experience. Awesome sales people, but when you buy a new car you dont expect to have oil leaks and oil burning after. Our 2018 Tiguan only has 12k miles and we have to put oil in it often. Researching online this appears to be known problem. Will likely trade in for a Ford.

Searched all across the United States for the best deal on an f-150 and it turns out it the best deal was right up the street from me in Whitefish. I like Whitefish Fords up-front, best-pricing and their friendly sales people. If they dont have the truck in stock, theyll find it for you almost anywhere in the US and will still give you the best pricing as if it was on their lot and eat the shipping costs themselves, at least thats what they were willing to do for me. This is very good Ford Dealership. We are RVers with a 2011 F250 6.7L diesel and have the truck serviced (lube and tire rotation) every 5K miles and only at Ford dealers. So, theres always trepidation when selecting where to bring it when away from my local dealer. I checked multiple sites for reviews and felt comfortable with Whitefish Ford. I arrived before 7AM and was the first in line at the service entrance. As soon as they open, I was greeted, lined up, told the lube guy would be in at 8AM and I would be first in line. As I waited in the lobby my new Service Adviser, Amy, came over, introduced herself, reviewed my requirements and took off to follow-up on my service progress. When my truck was finished Amy told me the wash crew was really busy and it would take a while longer. Since I didnt want to wait, she told me I had a rain check to come back at my convenience. I went back the next day and Amy got me over to the wash crew. In no time they had the 3500 miles of exterior road grime and bugs knocked off of my truck and I was on my merry way. Just a simple phone call about the possibility of getting a topper for my Ford. I assumed since they were a ford dealer they would have access to something of the sort. Instead of directing me somewhere that might be able to help me, I got a cold and quite rudely stated We dont carry those. Expected more from the grumpy parts lady, apparently i was wrong in the expectation. Will be giving my future ford customization business to someone else. It goes to show that you should treat EVERY single customer interaction with respect.

The service was great. After our work truck broke down out of town, we had it towed back to Whitefish Ford. They did everything they could to get our truck fixed and out on the road again. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

There are two Ford dealers that I can go to and was giving this dealer a chance to win my business. They failed. First of all it took over a week to get an appointment for a simple oil change for a gas F350. I got there about 20 minutes early and it took 1 hour and 25 minutes to do the oil change. The scheduler said it would take about an hour which included a wash of the vehicle. Well, when I was told my truck was done I was told it would take another 30 minutes to wash it.Im going back to the other dealer.The only good thing I experienced was that they were friendly.

BAD SITUATION WHEN YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF AN INTERSECTION. THEY AHAVE WORKED ON IT SEVERAL TIMES BUT WITHOUT ANY LUCK. OTHER THAN THAT I THINK IT IS ONE OF THE BEST RIGS I HAVE EVER OWNED CARS OR TRUCK.

My wife and myself just bought a 2012 VW jetta sportwagen TDI here we drove from great falls for the deal which was totally fair after about 5 days of owning the vehicle a check engine light came on we were mortified as this has been our only experience buying a new(er) vehicle. (Most of our vehicles had seen some heavy use). I told the team at Kalispell vw about my issue and they resolved it quickly and with no headache to us, they picked up the vehicle from us here and great falls and gave us a rental for our troubles. A few days later our TDI had been returned and weve seen no issues since. People are very nice. Ford put a rebuilt turbo in in August of 15 and it doesnt work like its suppose to. The problem with my vehicle is still not resolved, I dont know what the problem is but we just spent over 181.00 and the problem still exists. What do I do?
