Seems as though you have to order everything!

Good selection of high quality products, but theyre under-staffed and always too busy to have walk-ins. Either they need to list by appointment only which is limiting and a sad business model, or they need to hire more staff to accommodate their clientele. Ive walked in 3 different times, 3 different days, waited for nearly an hour, each time, before walking out to take my business elsewhere.

Its always a good day to have a shop with knowledgeable help and the right parts to get the job done. My number one shop for anything plumbing or HVAC releated

Terrible customer service. Couldnt even bother saying hello. Left after 20 minutes of being ignored.
