AMAZING! Tommy at Silvertip Engraving was so patient with me as I picked out memorial plaques for my uncle. He never made me feel rushed and showed amazing compassion. The woman who runs this place is an amazing soul...we do regular business with her and she is impeccable every time.

I asked if she did same day engraving. She didnt reply with a yes or no, instead asked what I was engraving. I told her I have a Yeti cup. She said Those are hard to do so Im going to pass and I dont have any recommendations of where to go. Wow. Thanks lady.
