Love the store but the “store manager” Archie is more of a man child. Takes pride in messing with his employees when they ask questions infront of customers (happened to me) and doesn’t understand boundaries as far as what’s okay to say to customers and what’s inappropriate. Hard to believe he’s a manager. Deeply disappointed.

Im always leaving with less money in my pocket. While some tools are...ok I guess. Theyll do the job a few times good before starting to show signs of failure or frustration to come. Other tools are well worth more than what you pay. Icon wrenches, ratchets and sockets are by far some of the best Ive handled. They are probably HFs most expensive tolo line, but worth the price tag. They always have something that you didnt know you needed, which is where the problem is. My wallet starts to feel a pinch when I find that deal I didnt know I was looking for. Good place to shop. Employees are willing to help. Good people

Man I had a GREAT Time in harbor freight. Ci went to look for a belt sander and I left five and a half hours later (lol) with everything except what I went there for. (OOPS!) LOL! They have most of what you are looking for, past few months the shelves have been looking empty.

This is such a crooked, dishonestbusiness model. Overpriced Chinese junk with secret discounts that employees are discouraged from telling you about. You have to watch them like a hawk. Even though items are on sale, if you dont call them on it and specifically ask for the discount price on each item they will always ring up the retail price. They are trained to do this and that constitutes fraud. When discounts are deliberately hidden from you then you pay way too much for cheap Chinese tools. I will never shop at Hong Kong Freight again.

Great selection of goods. High quality goods. Membership is worth it, paid for itself with first purchase by the amount that I saved and I spent less than I would have at other stores for the same items. Great customer service. They send you a coupon book regularly for even more savings and will look up coupons for you if they think they can save you even more money.

New store opened March 27th, 2018. Well organized, clean and FULL of tools and supplies. The staff are high energy and very friendly. They seem always willing to help out with questions or finding things. Ive seen bigger Harbor Freight stores, but this store does seem to pack a lot of stuff from Wrist Watch tools and Jewelers screwdrivers to Full Size Vulcan Welders, Gas generators and 20 ton hydraulic/air jacks. They have a great selection of pneumatic tools including their new Earthquake line. A fun place to shop.

My greenhouse was destroyed in the wind storm on 5/31/20 that hit Flathead Valley. They are replacing it for free which I am extremely thrilled about! I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes and I didnt even have the original receipt. Absolutely impressed with the customer service!

I like harbor freight. You have to be careful what you buy and when as you can end up over paying. You have to keep an eye on the sales But the staff is always helpful. They know where things are and always are will to help.

Major KUDOS to Archie and Harbor Freight! Ordered online and received a Krause and Decker sprayer a few months back. First time out of box was Labor day for a fence spray....could not prime it. Called store and Archie said no problem....bring it in and we will get you a replacement...... New one worked like a charm! Thanks for saving my Labor Day Archie!

Cheap, with great membership deals going on every week.

Adequate tools, decent prices, minimal customer service. Was given the wrong change back. Gal had technical issues and I had to wait 15 min and chased around the store manager as he jumped from register to register trying to get me a copy of my receipt. All the while acting as if I was inconveniencing him. I think hes the new store manager. Not a fan. The original store manager, whom I havent seen in quite some time, had a much better functioning system and far more customer service oriented staff.

This is a small store with little more than the essentials, and will disappoint people who have only known the big-city Harbor Freight stores.However you can order anything Harbor Freight sells and arrange to have it delivered to this store, which is a wonderful alternative to ordering blindly on Amazon or Alibaba.The staff are excellent; parking and access are excellent; and Harbor Freight is still the same wonderful tool bazaar, even in its small-footprint versions.

Great set up and prices. Too bad we werent asked once if we could be helped to find what we were looking for, even though we looked lost, as it was my first visit. We found the product and unfortunetly the product does not work properly, I had to use different screws in place of the ones included.

2 time I buy something from them and doesnt work... 1st time a concrete mixer (was missing a lot of parts), 2nd time a lift bench that does not work... Excellent prices to buy gloves, headlamps, hand tools, AWFUL place to buy real power or pneumatic tools....BEWARE! for real....

She is not a nice person and threw an absolute fit because I asked if I could pay for an item and have my buddy who was working on my car pick it up at noon because I was on my way North and didnt have time to run back to Somers to drop it off..
