Very disappointing service. Walked in on Friday to ask them about their products and prices and No sales person could come downstairs to help me with anything. After a 30 minute wait in their showroom I left my email and phone number so I could get some information from them. Finally heard back from them on TUESDAY of that week when they called me back. After a short conversation, they were going to email me some more information on their products... Here I am a week later with still no information. Obviously they dont care enough. I will be going elsewhere for my new dish machine and chemicals. If I could give them no stars I would.

Everyone that Ive encountered at Encompass Supply has been wonderful to work with. They supply all of our locations across Montana with janitorial supplies...and the last delivery even came with a treat. Thanks for being great to work with, Sheri and team.

Top notch customer service!!!!! Val was there to answer all of my dumb questions, mind you, I SHOULDN’T have had already with the high dollar purchase of my hand wash station 🙄,,,(That’s another review) Haven’t explored their pricing yet as compared to online, but if customer service is important to you, I will vouch for them:). 👍👍
