Always fast service! In and out in two minutes tops verses the post office where your looking at a 30 minute wait to drop off your package. Love these guys!

I have always used postal annex in whitefish and loved them. However, today when I went to the Kalispell location, I discovered I was paying way more for a flat rate envelope than what USPS charges. On top of that, a We support KRH nurses was posted. Postal Annex has lost a loyal customer.

2nd time using these guys, wont be a third! Took a package (0.6lb padded envelope) into them on Friday, they told me $46 to ship my envelope and have it delivered the following Friday. $92 to deliver by Wednesday. I showed them FedExs website that it said $12 and delivered Tuesday. All I got was a noway.... and a shoulder shrug...Didnt want to drive across town (Covid19 stay at home). I took it over to the FedEx office shipped it for $14.85 and she told me that the prices were lower online.... Shipped it Friday for $14.85, it was delivered today at about noon (Tuesday). I might add- a day before the PostalAnnex+ said itd be there if I paid the $92. All I can guess is that others would have just said ouch and swiped the card.

Over priced PO Box. They aren’t open on Saturday and close at 5 during the week. Almost impossible to pick up a package if you work during the week.I have a package that the tracking clearly shows it was delivered at the front desk, but they are saying they don’t have it. Horrible customer service when I asked about the package. A shoulder shrug and “it’s not here” is all I got. Take your business where it is valued and you’re treated with respect.

Amazing staff. Very helpful. Have had boxes at other PostalAnnex locations outside of Montana and this location is a step above. I appreciate how on top of everything they are and how pleasant they are to interact with.

Postal Annex has done an awesome job shipping my art all over the place. They package things well and get it done for a fair rate. The employees are always nice and I am happy to come ship things with them.

Amazing fantastic service. What a great place with some excellent employees. They go the extra mile for sure. I buy and sell online a fair amount, and ship all kinds of stuff here. They have reasonable fees, and have the box sizes you need to get stuff shipped quickly.

I stopped in today with my dog to ship something to my mom. They were so kind! My dog absolutely loved them because they all got down and said hi to him and gave him so much love! It warmed my heart. They were all so friendly and helpful! Definitely has a nice positive environment in there from what I can tell!

Super friendly and helpful people, always have a smile on their face and they dont give me the look when i dont spend money and am there just to drop off Amazon/Walmart returns :} Great atmosphere and attitudes :) So thankful you are open there and so accomodating ;)

This is the absolute best place to go in the Flathead Valley for anything you need printing, or ink, mail or fed ex or ups etc. They do everything. I have known the owner Tom for 13 yrs now and he runs an incredible organization there and I would never consider going anywhere else to get my postal or ink needs taken care of. Absolutely no way! Not while I buy the office supplies!

Terrible customer service and absolutely no flexibility. Ordered a pack of diapers and for some reason UPS must not have felt like shes trying to redeliver it so they sent it to postal annex for me to pick up which is very annoying because I specifically ordered it for delivery so I wouldnt have to load up my two children under two years old and go pick it up. It was a package of diapers and when I got there I had the sticky note that UPS had left me but I had gotten my ID so when I got there they told me that there is absolutely no way possible that they could give it to me. Extremely frustrated I told him just to send it back because I am not going to reload my two boys simply so I can go pick up a package of diapers. I will now be sending my husband to go to natural groceries to get a pack. Very inconvenient.

Never need to wait long. Always very friendly service. They go the extra mile for customers. I love that I have so many shipping options in one place.

Overnighted a package, showed up the one hour no one was home. Required signature? So they dropped it off here, I had to wait for that. Their google info said theyre open until 6pm. Got there at 5:40 and their sign says 5:30... What a waste of overnight shipping.

This place is not a PO Box you can not have your mail transfered from this place and then they will send your mail back return to sender. I had been a box holder untill their prices increased by 4 times so I tried to have my address changed and it say I can not change a business address best bet is to not use their services

A million times better than going to our post office in town!! So glad I found this place!

I have gone here when I need to send some packages and send certified mail. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
