We drove half an hour to get shaved ice and arrived to the store at 5:03pm. The cashier, who was slouched over on the counter and talking to a friend told us they closed the shaved ice station at 5:00pm. The store closes at 6pm. She was completely unapologetic despite us telling her how far we’d driven to be there. Nowhere on their website does it mention they close shaved ice at 5pm.Terrible customer service and false advertisement is why I give this establishment 1 star. There are plenty other places to enjoy shaved ice, I would skip a trip to this store because they may say they closed a few minutes early from your arrival just because they don’t feel like working.

This place is a long loved crack seed store. We got the large popcorn with furikake, icees, and shaved ice. Its the perfect stop for when you get your local sweets cravings!
