Family Hearing Aid Center in Kaneohe is where you should go if you are experiencing hearing loss. Mitch and his staff are caring and compassionate. He made me comfortable with the testing process and took time to explain the results to me. Hearing aid should be delivered to me in a week. It will be awesome to hear again.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with all of my questions about my hearing aids. I love that they over great care especially when it comes to fitting the hearing aids. They took the time to make sure the hearing aids were a great fit. I’ve always had trouble at other places because they charge for every little small thing. But here, when you purchase hearing aids they are there for you long after! They go above and beyond! Thank you so much!

Mitchell V. Was very thorough and explained in detail on my hearing test which I was very surprised on the results he found. Not good but not that bad yet. He recommended that it’s best to start using a hearing aid now and not later. So I’m taking his advice and going for it. I’m 74 years old and best to do this now and not prolong the situation.🌈

Mitch is the best! He makes you feel welcomed and comfortable.With The threat of CoVid 95, I felt safe in his office, very clean and staff wearing masks.

Ive had hearing tests before, however this experience was very different. Dr. Mitchell Vierra was very friendly, patient and explained everything in a manner that I could understand. Hearing aids are not cheap however with the services they include, really makes a difference in the long run. I will recommend this center to all my family and friends who are looking for hearing aids. And the receptionist, Lia, was very nice too.

My hearing aids went silence. I couldnt hear from both ears so I called this morning for, an appointment.I was happy to receive an appointment for 1:00 pm.As soon as I went in, the receptionist asked for my hearing aids. Mitchell was busy with a client. Mrs. Lau returned my left aid and lo & behold it worked and I could hear again. Mitchell came out and said she changed the filter. I was quite surprised that she knew exactly what to do .Mitchell then gave me a pack of filters and showed me what to do in case I faced same problems .My visit to the office lasted no more than 5 minutes. What great service!

I usually go to the piikio office but since I moved back to kaneohe I figured I’d try this one and glad I did bc the office staff and physician were very friendly and courteous like I’ve been going there for years also when the doc cleaned wax out of my ear canal it didn’t hurt one bit so that tells me the other office doc was really doing it hard as it really hurts but I felt nothing today so major props to them at kaneohe office and will be going back in Aug.Much Mahalo’s

These folks are great! Very helpful and patient in answering ALL of my questions. Mitch and Lia treated us like family, and were very accomodating.Honestly, I went in for a second opinion, and can say that I got so much more information and understanding about my hearing loss then I had gotten from my Health Plans ENT and Audiologist.I am greatful for all the help I have received. You guys are the best and I would recommend Family Hearing Aid Center to anyone needing to address their hearing needs.
