Excellent Service. We were there to buy paint for our deck, Katrina helped us with the information we needed to match our color selection from a paper swatch. It is the perfect match & product for our deck.We were so pleased with her help that we will definitely recommend Sherwin Williams to all our friends.

The only real issue for me is the store is a bit on the small side of Serwin-Williams stores. The Kapolei and Waipahu stores felt bigger and like they have more selection of tools/products.

The sales staff is wonderfully personable and knows the business. Justin deserves a ten!

Needed to match colors for complete exterior repaint of renovated home done in 2006. Information was from a paint manufacturer that has gone out of business. S-W Kaneohe took the information and converted it to exact match. Great service in our pandemic era, great value for high quality. Look forward to working with S-W Kaneohe again in 2021 when we repaint our interior.

The young lady was very nice and knowledgeable, also very helpful. she brought the 5 gallon paint to my suv while the male manager watched, she just had a great attitude and smiling face. great experience and bought the emerald grade paint due to her recommendation. enjoyed the experience.

Sherwin Williams has so many different shades of colors, online assistance with coordinating colors which is helpful, my personal project page where I can store the colors I love and review them at my convenience. Their prices are competitive and reasonable for quality paint.Last but most important, they have the friendliest and most competent staff.

I was in the store standing at the desk for over five minutes until anyone acknowledged my presence. There were three people in the store. The two employees were in the back were in the back. One mixing paint and one in and out of the office and assisting. This is fine but someone should acknowledge my presence with a hello we will be with you in a minute or something.

Walked in on a Sunday after lunch and the Salesperson greeted us and helped us select a color for our bathroom. I had bought three cans from another store and they all came out different on the wall than the swatch color. Finally found the color were happy with with the help of the Salesperson.
