DO NOT RENT HERE, I have only been using this public storage for 4 months and already had items stolen from the inside. There are no cameras watching the individual lockers only cameras outside on the cars.Some of the items stolen were sentimental and we know there is no chance of getting them back. If you do decide to store here ensure you store things you do not care about.

Sam has gone above and beyond to accommodate us. We showed up about 2 hours before closing and she assisted us calmly and quickly. She even offered to stay a little past closing so we could unload our final load (there were some gate issues and it required access only during business hours). She was exceptional and didn’t complain about staying late to help us. Excellent customer service, amazing human being. Thank you, Sam!

Im so glad I chose Public Storage when I needed to move out of my apartment and off-island temporarily. I live on the windward side so this was one of the most convenient options for me, and it also worked out to be among the most affordable. All the staff were super friendly and professional, especially during Covid, and I never worried once about my items while I was away. Keanu was especially helpful when I had to call in and change my plans from overseas. I do wish they were a little more transparent about changes in rates - I didnt expect the unit to become more expensive after 6 months, but that was probably in the fine print. By then I had left the country so there wasnt much I could do about it! Still, when I got back, everything was in great shape and move out was quick and easy. Highly recommend this place, especially if youre windward Oahu.

We called right when the facility opened one day and was able to set an appointment for half an hour later. We were showed the unit we were wanting and it took less than 10 minutes to sign up. Within the hour we were moving our things to the unit. Remy was AWESOME in helping us that day! Fern was also AWESOME when I returned a few days later to sign up for their insurance coverage since State Farm does not offer insurance for individual storage facilities. I wish our unit was on a second floor and it was temperature controlled, but other than that, we are happy with our unit.

We have been a renter with Public storage for years and in all the time of renting the facilities is always kept clean and well maintained. If issues arise they’re resolved immediately. The manager Fern is top notch. She makes you feel like family and brings a friendly warm environment to the company and because of her leadership, the entire team is just like her. This Public Storage is very conveniently located in the middle of Kaneohe right on Kamehameha Hwy. And renting a space is very easy, starting off online to see what is available then entering all of your information. It was probably less than 10 minutes before I got a call from Remy who was working in the office at the time. She set up an appointment for me so I could go right in and finalize the rental. She also walked me over to see the space and had helpful tips about storage, including putting something in the space to keep the dampness down (a must in Kaneohe!). I highly recommend this Public Storage location if you live on the Windward side, and ask for Remy - youll get A+ service.

It is very easy to get into with very good security and lighting. The location is conveniently close to where we live and work so accessibility is good. The people there are always friendly and helpful. Weve been using them for over6 years now.

You know I always heard horror horror stories about public storage and to be honest with you maybe some of the stores are bad like how Ive heard and however this one is not the lady manager there is everything for this particular location shes amazing she is super friendly and nice shes never in a bad mood or at least she doesnt show it to customers shes always willing to help she goes above and beyond she definitely needs a raise and proper recognition if it wasnt for her I wouldnt be storing with Public Storage

The customer service is good but their non pro rate policy and mediocre facilities are a compromise for the price. I suggest going to extra space storage where their facilities and policies make their good customer service seem more like a genuine enhancement and less like a compensation for poor accomodations and payment structures.

Theyve treated me well and have great spaces. Ive never had any issues with loss of belongings and staff have always been a great help

No issues with the unit. Reasonable hours for the office as well as helpful staff when requires. Hours for access to premises were also reasonable and never had any issues with accessing unit weekdays or weekends. Overall would recommend this facility to others.

I felt so well taken care of by Fern. Her genuine concern and care for us was evident. She listened to our needs for storage and helped us to figure out what unit would best meet our needs. The facility is clean and we were very pleased with the security and convenience for us with ample parking and push carts to help us to transport our stuff from the car to our storage unit. The price is so reasonable especially with the first month at $1 special. All our needs for boxes and packaging was also addressed with their package bundle. Thanks for helping us during this time while we prepare our home for sale.

Ive had my storage here nearly 2 yrs and Fern and her office crew have always been very helpful and assisted me when I moved 2 times to different size storage units. Their gate hours are convenient and stay open later than most.

Fern and the staff are awesome. We use public storage in Kaneohe twice and Pearl city (Jon). They were a great help when we were on and off the island. If you need a place to put your household goods Public Storage is the best!

Fern and Steve made it a smooth, easy experience just like they said it would be when I talked to Steve on the phone. When I went to Public Storage, Fern was very helpful and explained everything so well. I didnt even have any questions when she was done with everything. I was dealing with some personal issues at the time and because of their help with everything, I didnt get stressed out. I really like this organization and its employees!

Reserved a space online and when I arrived Fern was very friendly and offered helpful advice on getting the best unit for my needs. This is an older site and does not offer climate control. The unit I had reserved was actually not the best for me and I took Ferns advice on another unit which stays cooler, more convenient to access and saved me money. Fern was extremely helpful and took the time to walk me through both units so I could make an informed decision. Great experience!

Fern and Debbie are wonderful. In fact, I often prefer to pay my bill in person just so I can talk story with those ladies. Once, when my car broke down at their place Fern, gave me a ride to the dealer. That was above the call of duty. Its always a pleasant experience with these women and Public Storage is fortunate to have them as employees.The storage facilities at this location are always clean, well maintained, and secure. I feel comfortable keeping my possessions there. I highly recommend this location.

Whenever I tent my house or reconfigure rooms, Public Storage on Kamehameha Hwy is my go-to storage. The 1$ specials (plus paperwork) is perfect for just a week or two. Fern and Debbie are in the front office and very helpful with the details and planning. They are two minutes away and secure and very well run. Ive been using this facility for at least 10 years when I need a quick solution.

Debbie and Fern (I cant remember how to spell their names!) were both awesome! They were friendly and got us right into the space that I needed. I was in an out very fast and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them for anyone on the windward side

Great service and very competitive rates. We moved from the mainland downsizing from 2000+ sq ft to just over 1000 sq ft and had to store half our furniture and they hooked us up with a great promo rate and were very helpful at all times. Storage was secure enough and fairly clean, never had an issue with bugs/rodents. They were super easy to close out with as well; only left because we got a bigger house and didnt need storage anymore. Highly recommend these guys for your storage needs. Thanks.

My experience with Fern was great she was very helpful and really made me feel that selecting a storage unit with Public Storage was all about my wants and needs. That really made me feel good. Me being new to the island gave she me some great tips and pointers on things to do around town.

Fern and Debbie are amazing! Very helpful every step of the way. Remembered me every time I come in even if it has been months on end. The major issue I have had was the inflation on price every year. Went up at least $100... But the units are clean and climate controlled. Would say you get what you pay for BUT I signed up at a certain rate and it was just random increases especially if youre away and cant move. All in all the service of staff and the unit itself made it a mostly enjoyable experience. Best staff experience hands down though.

Ms debbie rented the storage out for me.. it was spacious and clean and very safe... I would recommend to anyone who needs storage short or long term. Just ho to Ms debbie or Ms fern and you will be well taken care of.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, who took time to show me around and explain the operation. They found me a very suitable unit, and handled my check in very efficiently. The facility is very well maintained and clean.My only complaint is the corporate requirement for content insurance. If this is required, then it should be included in the price at a minimum value, and the option to purchase more offered. The staff handled this the best they could.I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a storage unit.

The property is very well managed. the facility is always clean and in no way gives the sense of it being unsafe. i have rented units in this facility several times over the course of the last decade and I have never left on unsatisfied terms. Its always been fairly priced, if not, the cheapest and the staff literally is second to none. Fern & Debbie simply are 2 of the most helpful and accommodating people you could hope for when encountering a Storage issue. gotta be a Kaneohe location!!

Units are clean. Safe environment. Debra helped me and she was very nice, provided great information, and very pleasant. Rates are also very reasonable. I searched other storage facilities in the area and I am pleased w my choice.
