Had my car for almost a week due to an a/c problem and they didn’t even figure out what was wrong and charged me for an a/c refill that I didn’t need. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your vehicle here.

By far the best place to go!! Best price in town for an oil change (beat the competition by $20!!!) Awesome employees that treat you with respect, (not like the competition who just sees your wallet)Will be telling all my friends, family and strangers too!!!

A/C recharged so far so good😃 UPDATE!!!! THEY MESSED UP MY A/C TOOK MY AIR FILTER OUT DIDNT REPLACE IT THESE ARE THE WORSE MECHANICS IN TOWN...DONT FOOL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Auto lab is great they are FAIR &courteous

First few times I went got some basic jobs done they were good. But when I took my vehicle for a big job to get everything fixed .they kept my vehicle for a week . Was hard to get in contact with just to pick my vehicle up with the check engine light on . Took it back a second time still had problems. Paid almost $2000 for nothing

I’m currently at this shop and from the moment I walked in, I received nothing but exceptional customer service. I need a lot of work done to my Chrysler 300 and they are willing to work with me. They have payment plans available, they offer rides to any destination of your choice, if you don’t have the time to wait on your vehicle. The mechanics are extremely hands on, very truthful and genuinely care about the customer and not the money. With the world and society basically going down hill, it’s so refreshing to walk in a place and feel like your truly being taken care of.

I stopped in for an oil change and met a technician named Jim. He explained everything he was going to do and what the price would be. He was very professional. I then met the owners Wanda and Larry Fullmer. Very nice people. They really pride themselves on customer satisfaction. They also offer discounts to veterans, churches and not for profits. I will definitely continue to come back.

Unprofessional and just a flat out SCAM. Took my car here and they told me i needed all new brakes pads, routers, calipers, you name!!! They said it would be almost $800. So i took it other places to just make sure before spending almost 1,000 and EVERY other place i took it to said i only needed front brake pads. Turned out to be only $230. Well we took my boyfriends truck here when we took my car and asked them for an oil change and to “top off all the fluids” and the check engine light came on the next day. Turns out there wasn’t any oil or anything in the truck. they left the bolt off the oil so it all leeked out and they probably just didn’t even touch the other oils. And THEN i posted a review on facebook. THEN the owners wife, CALLED MY PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER, this was two days after i left with my car so she PULLED UP MY INFORMATION to call me and go off on me!!!! she told me she’s calling the cops on me because “her husband isn’t a scam artist and i’m stalking them” I laughed pretty hard. Turns out I called the police and her contacting me when my car isn’t even there is HER harassing ME and STALKING ME!!! This place is crazy!!!! Scam artists at its finest! I should have taken the hint when no other cars were there!!! You’ll be hearing from a lawyer Auto Lab!!!!!!!! Police said I did nothing wrong and YOUR WIFE DID EVERYTHING IN THE BOOK WRONG BY CALLING ME!!!

Ripped me off hundreds before I realized they are a complete SCAM based company. They just gave away their whole scheme as of today I went in bc my girlfriends front brakes they just started to make noises they said all calibers rotors and brake pads need repair total cost he said would be $750.00.. but after having serious doubts about this place took for second look they said only front 2 brake pad and front rotor are bad and it will be around 250 to 300. Right before all this happened i brought my truck in for check engine light was told by auto lab its a cam shaft censor which is very believable bc it was just very very cold here so had them fix cost was 70 so was a cheap repair I was pleased. then right after I leave no light and just before home my light went back on and now i have electrical problems. And high rpms when driving... They purposely do things under your hood that they think is undetectable... Im currently looking for private investigator who can help me. my truck was very heathly till I brought it here. I just purchased it with only 50,000 miles and never the 3 months I owned had zero electric problems. They seem like they are very nice and knowledgeable at first but trust me dont assume the best in people u have no idea how big of a mistake that will be dont hurt ur wallet just do go here. Or hey dont listen and youll deserve there fine work:) as for me my girlfriend and friends and family will all know to stay far away from this slum.

Auto Lab was forced down our throats by the mayor who shoe horned it in because it is her family. Outside of that they stole the property from the town and I would not advise anyone to do business here.

Great work, quick and went out of their way to help us out when we broke down just passing through town.
