I tried getting my diagnostics read and the machine wouldnt pick up any codes. I know something is wrong with my car because the check engine light was flashing. Ill have to keep looking...

Battery was on its last leg. Came into the store and talked to Jim. He got me setup with the battery I needed and installed it for me in no time. In and out of the store in like 15 minutes. Great service all around!

All I have to say is that I go in AutoZone... I tell the Person who comes to assist me what I want... They look it up... Find out if they have it (more often do than dont)... Retrieve what I want...Ring me up (I get Washer Blades every Year, and they put them on for me) and Im out of there in no time. Great Place!

Had a headlight out. The lady at the counter inspected my vehicle And changed my bulb. It was quick and she was efficient.

The employee that was helping us was very friendly and knowledgeable, however he kept getting interrupted by another employee who didnt really seem to know her job too well. Every time we were talking to this employee, the female employee would just walk right up to him and start talking and interrupting either myself or the employee who wad attempting to help us without excusing herself. Was very unprofessional

Would like to thank Gina and Todd at AutoZone on route 50 in Kankakee. They always treat me good and help answer any questions I might have.

They sold me a 5-quart jug of used oil. if you buy any fluids from this place protect yourself and check the cap make sure its sealed before you leave.

Manger Gina is very rude bought parts in Bourbonnais and had to pick up in Kankakee parts where wrong so went back to Kankakee and got right parts there were cheaper but ended up pay more for the cheaper ones she cheated me out of 24.00 good thing the Mgr. In Bourbonnais has good customer service and made things right so for now on if Bourbonnais dont have what I need I will go else where because Gina Mgr. Of Kankakee is rude and has a ego problem would not recomend going to Kankakee store..

Never had an issue finding what i need as far as parts but the staff is very quick to jump in for and assist if your having problems finding what you need!

The manager was very helpful walk me through all the process.

Gina was very helpful, a very friendly person who speaks Spanish, ask for her and the store is very clean. What I found out was that two disabled people arrived and she came to the parking lot to ask us and that is worth a lot to have values
