We went to All Automotive and ordered an enclosed rental trailer for moving furniture out of state. We were told it was ordered and would be available for pickup when we needed it. My husband called a few days before the trailer was to be picked up and was told it was on the lot and waiting for us. When he went to pick it up, there was no trailer and was told it was coming from Iowa and arriving at 5pm. Went to get the trailer at 5, business was closed, there was no trailer and we were leaving the next day. The next several hours were spent scrambling trying to secure a rental. Fortunately we found a trailer from another rental company. The lack of honesty and professionalism was stressful and frustrating. We will not consider renting from them in the future. An honest answer would’ve been appreciated so other plans could’ve been made sooner.

Always fast and sufficient. If im waiting it usually because of a part or a crowd. Mechanics are polite.

Above and beyond expectations. Was expecting to get a new transmission and given a quote on a new and used transmission before they even saw my car. Was offered tow services and a payment plan if needed. Current recommended service is much cheaper than a new transmission but has to be done by my dealership. But they offered to check my car out after to make sure the issue was fixed. Over all very pleased theres a place in k3 that wants to make sure the job gets done right.

Great shop, needed an engine replacement done. They called to give me updates, best price and the job was done quickly and correctly. They followed up the next week to check over to be sure there were no other issues that might have popped up. Def. Recommend them.

Great honest people. I went to get my brakes checked because they were making noise. I was told I did not need new brakes that some brakes from certain places get hot and make noises. Most places would have just charged me for a new set of brakes.

I had my car towed in this morning at about 10:30AM and my car was done before noon! It was an easy fix but never the less they were very quick to get it done, friendly, and best of all fairly priced with ZERO attempts to upsell things my van did not need. The owner himself (Patrick Wilder) made sure I was well cared for and informed about the issue and how it was fixed. My husband and I brought our car in today (via tow). The car hasnt run in 5 years, was outside for 2 years & in a garage for 3. We needed tires, brakes, oil, a detail (There were spiders involved 😳) among other things. They crushed it. Not only does our car look and sound brand new, but they did it in ONE DAY! We will definitely be back for our future needs.

Sooo after I voiced my opinion about the work done to my vehicle on their FB page, they blocked me and then sent me messages claiming that they fixed our car at a discount ( because it was their fault) and that they dont have bad reviews ( lies) while a customer was there complaining about a horrible job done to his brand new charger while I was there the very same day complaining about my vehicle, the supervisor on the phone proceeds to tell that customer that the mechanics that destroyed his charger...( Same mechanics that misdiagnosed my vehicle THREE DIFFERENT TIMES! Was fired. I was told to bring my vehicle to head quarters in Manteno and when I arrived, guess whos there working... The same mechanics that were supposedly fired and I was told that the those mechanics shouldve charged me more for additional work. My mechanic from tuffys was on vacation and I needed the work done, God have mercy! This was a big mistake. I originally went in for shock work that I thought I needed, but I didnt and was charged for soooo much more. Long story longer... Now my trans is acting weird, I have to put my car in shift lock relief just to get it out of park, my breaks wasnt bleed correctly, Im told I need a new battery and belt... Smgdh, I didnt have ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS BEFORE COMING HERE! I have all the msgs to show that this place is a scam on new customers. We will be seeking a lawyer and Im sure they just helped me with these msgs they sent to my Facebook

After a long season of getting the run around from other shops and prices, I saw a Facebook add and came to all automotive, their diagnostic was affordable, and the repair was performed the next day and was the price as quoted, I personally advise this shop for their quality, pricing, and keeping you informed even during the repair, appointments are the best and worth your time, thank you All Automotive for your help fixing our car :)

As a customer, they treated me with respect and kindness. I am not mechanically inclined, so when I brought my corolla in for the loud noise under braking they explained to me that my rotors were grinding on the brake pads and that they both needed to be changed. Come to find out that my 2 back tires were almost bald and that they needed to be replaced as well. When all was said and done it actually cost me less than what I was originally quoted!

I used to love this place! My family and I have been going here for about 6 months and when I came in today for an oil change I was met with the worst attitude ever. I was told that they dont do oil changes without an appointment which I have never had a problem with before. They are rude and I wont be back! I am telling everyone about your horrible service!!!!
