I went in to get hair color, walked out & decided I wanted change the color I chose. I hadn’t been out of the store more than 5 minutes. They literally JUST saw me & the seal was still on the rinse. They refused my exchange because “I walked out of the store & its policy” I WONT BE BACK!!! Court Street is BETTER anyway.

STOP!! Do NOT waste your money here. They DONT CARE about their customers needs & the exchange policy is OUTRAGEOUS & nonexistent for products like unopened & unused hair color.

Their policy is terrible for it to be as ghetto as it is. I’ll stick to ANY OTHER beauty supply store in Kankakee than this one.

My first time here. Great selection of hair supplies. Also has a wide variety of random products ie clothing, masks, jewelry. I went for nail tools and polish. Didnt have what I was looking for.

Went in wit da wife and I just wanna say that the customer service is great. It was some things da wife needed help finding and an associate was their willing to help.

Very small. Not a lot of product. However they had everything I needed. Also the young lady help me find one of the things I needed. Prices seem a little higher.

Shopping for my hair dyed

A little pricey but great selection. They did sell me bad bundles one time but discounted my next purchase so it wasnt that bad. Did a triangle box braids style for 2$ per pack of good quality braiding hair. Very nice. I definitely recommend this beauty supply. I have been using them since the opened almost 2 years ago. The people who work there are very capable of offering suggestions some employees even do hair on the side. A great one stop destination.

Staff is very helpful and they have lots of products that you can choose from.

They were very helpful, stayed with me the whole time and gave me their opinions. The only thing was there were no wigs left in the ones I chose, the owner begged me to get the ones off the models and didnt want to give me a good deal until I ran down to him that the wigs were old and theyve been tried on multiple times by other customers.

Nice clean store. I wish we had a better selection. I dislike traveling up North for a wider selection.

Lots of great items to choose from that are decently priced. I will definitely buy from them in the future.
