Osterhoff Fence just completed a fence at my residence. The crew was courteous, efficient, and they took extra care to clean up after the job. We are beyond delighted with our refreshed backyard space now that our fence looks fantastic!

Update: Writing the review gave me progress. They came out and attempted to correct the crooked post. Its close enough albeit still not perfect. Said my house is crooked which is why the gap looks off.. when checked with a 4 foot level my house is not off, the post still is. They came out and addressed my issues so Im changing my review to 4 stars because it shouldnt have been this difficult.Initial fence install was ok. Crew carelessly splattered concrete on siding and garage door, they dented my sofit above post and dented gutter in multiple places. Brought this to the owners attention and he brushed it off. First day they set posts, second day was assembly. Upon inspection of fencing posts the evening of the first day, a few posts were significantly not level. Brought this to the attention of the head of the crew the next day, Said they would fix it upon completion. They werent fixed. Contacted owner multiple times. Figured for the kind of money ($13k+) that was spent for a premium fence I would get my minor issues corrected. Guess not. Owner finally came out months later, adjusted the gates because the posts were so crooked they were rubbing. Said was going to have the crew out that week. Its been over a year. Have attempted contact multiple times. Stopped in the office to make an appointment to get this corrected. Still getting ignored. Didnt want to write this review but seeing as Im getting nowhere this is my only option. Its getting posted everywhere.

Called for a estimate for a 6ft vinyl privacy fence. Chad Osterhoff came right out and gave us a estimate. The price was very reasonable. We scheduled to have our fence installed. Chads crew was very polite and professional and knew what they were doing. Had old fence taken down and new fence put up all in one day. We absolutely love our new fence if your looking for a new fence give them a call. We highly recommend Osterhoff fence.

Chad the owner was prompt on coming by and giving us an estimate and requested information about his company, products, and warranties. We had a approx 6 wk waiting period since he was so busy with prior jobs scheduled. Well worth the wait for my research and referrals showed they do quality work and use quality products.We were interested in getting a 6 foot privacy fence on the side of the yard and chain link in the back. The company is well known and many of our neighbors have been former customers and and upon my own research decided to go with his company. They use top grade Vinyl that they fabricate themselves with solid steel supports to anchor securelyin the ground. Our neighbor last year had the company install his fence which is identical to the one we were having installed, and it suffered no damage and was standing perfectly erect after the recent extreme storm we just had a couple days ago August 10th. Winds were estimated up to 80-90 miles and hour . Our neighborhood had many homes with roof and tree damage, but the fence was fine.His crew was fantastic and did a professional and through job. Everything from price to service is top notch. Chad is very knowledgeable about his product and his guys do great work. They put up over 100ft of fence in one day and even took down the old fence and hauled it away. If they did vinyl decks Id call them when they open tomorrow.

Dealing with everyone at this company was a very pleasant experience. Chad walked me through the whole process,( I have never had a fence installed or purchased before.) The quality of workmanship from his crew was excellent. I was able to come home and watch the guys work and you could tell all of them knew what their task was. Worked real hard all the way to the finished product. And they looked like they were having a good time doing it. Keep up the good work!

Very competitive pricing. They answered all my questions. Small changes made to layout of fence did not cause any problems. They removed my old cedar fence and installed a new vinyl fence. Very happy with the final product.

Im so happy with my fence. I needed privacy from my neighbors on the one side, but now that its up, I want to do the rest of the yard. Other companies I contacted were either overpriced or they wouldnt even bother to give me an estimate after comming out and measuring.

We were looking to add a fence to enhance our yard and noticed throughout the surrounding area that most of the fences had an Osterhoff Fence tag on them. We called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. After all was said and done we chose Osterhoff Fence. As with any home improvement project, we thought we might have a couple of landscape obstacles to contend with, yet on the day of installation, the install crew seemed not to be bothered by them. The install was completed without any issues or delays. Our experiences in working with the staff and installation crew were positive and very pleasant.

Called them simply looking to see if they could possibly match a few panels of our fence that were melted from neighbors house fire. Was immediately shunned because they werent the original installers of our fence. The original installer was backed out months due to covid delaying stock, which is why I was reaching out to other fence companies. Was told thats what I get for hiring a company up north to do our original install. A simple, no we cant match your fence wouldve been fine, but not the rudeness that came along with it. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because at least theyre one of the few companies that actually returned our original phone call.

Above & beyond what was expected. No stress for us and our yard looks fantastic. Would highly recommend them for quality and cost.

Chad and his crew are extremely professional and do very good work. You can tell by the quality of work that they are truly customer care driven. They removed our old chain link fence, layed out for the new fence and installed all in one day. The Foreman kept us involved with any decisions through the install so there were no suprises. The fence turned out AMAZING and my only regret is i didnt have a bigger yard because the results are night and day.
