Purchased an evo antenna, 6 bolt timing tensioner, and 2g drivers side fuel sending unit cover from Miller import parts. first package came in with the evo antenna(correct), and a passenger side fuel sending unit cover(wrong). emailed Stevie and told him. he then shipped me out another passnger side cover(wrong again). at this point I started a paypal claim. he didnt respond to my email but the same day I got a tracking number for a new shipment from him. Got the shipment today only to find he sent me the middle fuel tank cover(wrong for the third time) and still no 6 bolt timing tensioner. Now Im fighting with him to get a refundSTAY AWAY FROM MILLER IMPORT PARTS

These guys WASTED a day and a half of my time! POOR inventory management. Took my credit card info. Promised to pull the part. Day & a half later I follow up and the guy tells me to stop calling him about it. He will call me when its pulled. Later calls me tells me that the part was already SOLD & inventory wasnt updated! WHAT!? They wont get my business again, EVER!

These guys are great got my parts for my chrysler 300 at a great price, the sales guy that took care me did a great job as far as knowing exactly what I needed... would definitely go back over there and give them my business.

In short buyer beware, these guys will say whatever it takes to sell something. I understand some defects arent as obvious as others...but these were pretty blatant, and the responsiveness has been below subpar especially considering the level of ignorance on their side. Read on for details of my transaction.I purchased a hood (550$) and headlights (740$) for my evo from these guys. The hood was described as just needing paint and my body guy says its as straight as they come. Upon arrival there were two pretty bad indentations at the nose, that fortunately only cost 200$ in body work to fix (honestly I couldnt believe that was all it cost to fix). I contacted the guy who arranged the sale. He told me hed show the pictures to someone and theyd get back to me. I heard nothing for at least a week.at this point the headlights showed up. Despite being assured there were no broken tabs....guess what, the most obvious, largest tab on one of the lights was broken off. It didnt end there, these things are full of sand, and likely the damage from salt water? Despite being told they work, one of the bulbs was missing so Im guessing they were never actually checked. I knew they were foggy and needed the lenses buffed, but at this point Ill have about 8+ hours total taking them apart, cleaning them, and then hopefully resealing them. I sent another message asking for some compensation. They actually responded and offered 100$ which is a bit low considering I gave them 1300$ for a bent hood and headlights that need 8+ hours of cleaning with a broken tab. I asked for 150$ and they disappeared like a fart in the wind.they got a second star because their shipping was actually quick.

Called them earlier this week for a part I had trouble finding for weeks. They confirmed they had the part, pulled it, and shipped for a very reasonable price. They gave me a tracking number as well. Part arrived as discussed and I couldnt be more satisfied with their service. They forgot the receipt for my purchase but other than that I have only good things to say about my experience. Will definitely do business with them again

These guys will go above and beyond to get you the parts you need. I needed a heater / Evap. box for an old Dakota. No one listed one, no Aftermarket available and dealer had discontinued the part (none in the country). I called 5 other parts yards and No one else wanted to look for a good box except Millers!!! They took dash out of 94 Dakota and had me the box the next day!! Ive had dealings in the past and they were always good with them but this made me a customer for life! Thanks a lot guys! Worst experience I have ever had. This business has single handedly caused me more stress and financial harm than I can write here. Bought part from out of state that was very expensive. Part was not as described and did not fit the description in ad nor did it fit vehicle in ad at all. Multiple attempts were made for communication via email and phone prior to and after the sale and it was non existent. They refused to allow me to talk to anyone of value to resolve this situation. Not only did I fail to fix a vehicle for someone going through chemo due to this issue, I personally have lost out of thousands of dollars which has caused so much financial hardship that Ive been crippled. So I officially have no running car or money to fix it, all because I chose this business.The biggest part I find offensive is that the owner Steve Miller states that he is a God loving man. That he, and I quote from his website, I do believe all of my customers were brought to me for a reason, I do my best to glorify God in every transaction.If this service and failure to give me even the common decency and civility to even communicate with me, let alone rectify this situation is what it is meant by glorifying God, then that disturbs me.

I bought an alternator from here yesterday that was they knew was in the worst condition and they sold it to me anyway. They rushed me out the door to move my car just as I was about to pay them. They charged my credit card without allowing me to see the part first. Then they brought me the part, my card and receipt to my car. When I finally saw the part they told me I could only get store credit. They knew the part was bad. It was corroded and the pully was rusted. OReilys said they couldnt believe they sold me that part.

I’m from Dublin, Virginia, about 2.5 hours north of Kannapolis. Me and my dad came down to get a part for my car and they were very helpful. Big Hoss came with me and he pulled the part for me. We got it loaded on the truck and were out of there in about 20 minutes. Would definitely do business with them again!

BUYERS BEWARE! If I could put zero stars I would. Stay away from this place. The absolute worst customers service I have ever witnessed in the automotive industry. Our shop buys parts daily and this place is by far the worst a complete joke. Purchased a engine for over 3000 dollars, and it had a BLOWN HEAD GASKET! Called the shop and told them the situation they stated send it back and will send another. I had to pay a shipper a second time to pick engine up and send back. They sent another one and the second engine they sent was also bad, worse then the first engine they sent. I have paid 2 shops labor to install both engines they sent that were bad. This place doesn’t even test there parts. Just shipping out junk. When I call the store to see what can be done they said the owner/manager will call you, but NEVER does. I recently called today and they told me to stay on hold. I stayed on hold for 30 minutes before they just hung up on us. I’ve tried calling and the auto shop installing engine calls to but we are getting no where. They have been giving us the run around for months now. My vehicle is still sitting at the auto ship with a bad engine and Miller auto parts won’t do anything about it. I even tried working with them to see if they can at least cover the repair for the blown head gasket on the engine they sent but we are getting no where with them. Place is a total scam. If they have any decency I would like to see if they would make the situation right, by standing by their products.

Just received horrific customer service here. These guys said they had a part I needed and since I needed it that day I drove from Chapel Hill to get it. Get there and the car is completely stripped bare. I asked if the part could be pulled before coming and was told they would pull it when I got there! Turns out the car had been in the yard for over a year! Do not waste your time with these guys.

Called on Wednesday 11/13/19 about alternator for car. Advised they had it and would pull it that day for pickup following day. Arrived at location today Thursday 11/14/19 and was told I was supposed to call them beforehand. Was told it would take 20 minutes to remove so I told them I would grab something to eat and would be back in a hour. Upon arrival back called to let them know I was on site. Would informed part was not on vehicle and apparently already sold. Here I had wasted time and travel to obtain this part and was left with a feeling from them as “Too bad so sad” attitude. They only got one star because they answered the phone.

Twice now they have screwed us. Both times we have called about a part, they said they show that they have it, we asked for them to check to make sure, they talk to whoever and verify, we say to go ahead and pull it, they say okay and tell us they will call when it’s ready.. then we call our customer (someone needing their vehicle ready by a certain time) and tell them that we found the part and will be able to fix their vehicle that day. We wait for hours, and finally give up and call to check on the progress... BOTH TIMES they have then said, “oh.. well I was just about to call ya.. ugh, I’m real sorry brother but we already crushed dat car.. I was just about to call ya and tell ya.”. 😑They really need to start giving correct information.. they may not care that their word doesn’t mean a damn thing.. but we do.Now, it’s 4:40pm.. we have wasted the entire afternoon waiting for them to pull a part that doesn’t exist. We had to call our client (whose car is sitting on the side of the road, waiting to be towed by the highway patrol) that we can NOT in fact fix her car today. Want to guess who she is now pissed off at?Thanks Miller. For the second time, you cost my business time, money and most importantly our clients trust.

Agreed at time of purchase to allow me to return a slightly damaged body part if it turned out to not be repairable, failed to honor that agreement when I tried to return. Now disputing with my credit card company. Really disappointing to be lied to just to make a sale. Do not rely on what they tell you - assume all sales are final.

Spent 1200 on a motor.... everything is broke intake manifold coil packs packs and tb... plus they told me it was a scion motor and it was a camry motor so I had to swap the hole side of motor out.

BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY!!! They will screw you over completely and lie to your face. (On the phone)Bought an engine From them They sent an engine to me and it had a hole in the side of it. Got another engine. That one was junk too. By this time I was so upset and have spent thousand of dollars having engines replaced just to find out they were bad. After I saved up enough money to have an engine installed a third time then send me another bad engine with bad head gaskets..I used the last of my money I had on the Subaru and now it is just sitting in the back of the garage. 8 thousand dollars later. And still have a car with a bad engine I called them and they said oh our boss is in a meeting I will have him call you as soon as I can. Called many times for days and they just give the same answer over and over.

Super friendly and knowledgeable people with a huge selection of parts, especially for DSMs, Evos, and SRT4s. I’ve personally had them pull a bunch of parts for my 03 Eclipse. In my experience, they usually take a day longer than expected to pull parts, but they more than make up for it.

Called this place and i was on hold for 17 minutes then got hanged up on. I called back and asked to pull a part for me but they refused even if you pay them over the phone, they ask you to come wait for 30min for them to pull the part. The reason was becuase they have nobody to pull the parts for him and he have 27 orders ahead of me. Keep inmind i called 4 hours ahead. They are overwhelmed i guess. Hire some workers. 🙄

I urge you NOT to buy from here! I bought parts from here that did not work when I called they said they would get back to me and weeks went by no call. Tried to call again and the same answer “I will look into it and call you back” I finally got hold of a “manager” who basically told me the same thing, rudely. I was in the middle of asking a question when he interrupted me said I will get back to you and hung up on me. There customer service is awful!
