I was looking for a hot water heater and called to see if any instock..I was told no but the store called back about 30 minutes later to say they had found one and would hold it for me. I didnt ask for the associate to look but they went that extra mile to help the customer

They work their people so hard and dont really support them, my order got messed up and I had to remedy it was supposed to be delivered and was but the wrong stuff got delivered and I had to go and pick it up anyway with nothing at all from management, thanks for nothing, associates on the floor are doing all the hard work anyway.

I have had good luck with home Depot better than Lowes always friendly and helpful
