The man running the computer shop was very polite, he did not laugh at me when we found out that it was not properly shut down. I thought it was frozen. He also explained hard shutdowns to me. Will definitely return.

They had my laptop for over a month and never once called me to update me on anything related to it. The next shop I took it to had it fixed in under an hour and charged a fraction of what this place wanted. However, they were kind enough to refund me the intial labor fee that I paid at the beginning of the month.

Employee was able to diagnose our computer issue in less than 30 minutes. It was a fairly simple fix that my husband felt he could make at home-- so we did not have it fixed here, but we were not charged for diagnostics, which was great! Thanks guys, will definitely return for all of our computer issues in the future!!

Great service! Was able to locate the problem with my computer and was able to replace the fan right on the spot. The fan works great and no longer having any issues. Anytime I need any computer work done, it will be with Kannapolis Computer Repair!

Prior to dropping my computer off for a tune up, it took my less than a year old laptop 3 solid minutes to open Word, Excel, etc. After he had it for less than 24 hours, my laptop works well and runs smoothly again. His prices were also wonderful for how fast and well the updates were completed.
