You have fabulous employees. I was stranded there with a flat tire after it burst on the interstate and was almost hit by a semi! Your employee changed my tire and was so nice. He was our hero!

Theres a gentleman who worked there named Denton who was very helpful. I had purchased a faulty adapter at a flying j and was seeking to exchange it but he recommended an adapter that cost the same with better quality. He was very knowledgeable about their products and professional when interacting with customers.

Will never stop here again, I tried filling up my commercial vehicle and pumps wouldn’t take my card and I went in and told the strawberry blonde with glasses I need her to hold my card and let me fill up my tank on gas and she said I can’t do that I’d have to basically guess how low my tank was !!!!Pilot lost 400+ a week in gas sale from me for sure !!!!If you have a big truck my suggestion is go to QT on other side of interstate

Your shift manager should know how to change the paper at the kiosk. Apparently, there is someone “who does that during the day”. So I will take my time to locate another Pilot, so I can print out a previous receipt. Nice friendly employees, but please train them.

Ill give two stars for the very helpful employees but I subtract three because of the duplicity. Im talking about giving the drivers free wifi and then cutting it off after 30 minutes. Its like my HS gf: a tease. Hey, Punch Us Pilot, either give us free wifi or no wifi, ok?

The Pilot staff are super friendly & helpful the workers for subway are a completely different story.. Actual truck parking is limited due to a few dropped trailers & locals parking their trucks here. Easy to get in & out after fueling.

This Pilot Travel Center is nice! It is fairly easy to get in and out of. Their gas prices are some of the lowest in the Salisbury area! I love that they have Dunkin Donuts coffee! They even have iced coffee that you make up yourself! It is a clean store and the service is great!

I travel a lot and stop at a lot of travel stations. This gas station PILOT on lane street is the best one I have ever experienced in 50 years. The cashier Courtney greeted me with a smile and treated me like I was the most important customer. She also graciously helped me find some items i needed for the road, while making sure everyone else was being taken care of. She by far makes Pilot the best station in North Carolina.

Coffee pots have never been CLEANED. Not the pot or the counters. Nasty! Wonder what the showers look like. NastyJust looked at some of the other reviews, staff was nice. But nice doesnt mean someone isnt doing their job. Sorry but I pay for everything I get at that store. Deep clean that store!

I love stopping here for gas. Its right off the interstate which is very convenient and the employees are always very pleasant. Prices are competitive.

Its a small Pilot, but it has the Cheapest gas in town. The staff is very helpful and Pleasant. There is a young lady there by the name of Jesse that went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. She is an asset to the company. Customer Service is Key 🤗

Great spot to stop for gas and snacks. Clean and bright store. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Easy to get in and out of.

The people are friendly and great service. The only compliant I have is that if you gonna have something on special keep it in stock. For a week now the 2 for 4 dollar conchas have been out of stock. If it on special special care need to be taken to keep it in stock.

DO NOT BUY FROM PILOT. I bought gas here and they took double what I had bought. 2 days later I was on the way back from the beach and my account was empty when I went to buy more gas. So I looked at my bank statement and realized what they had done. I called the manager, she refused to help. So I called corporate. They told me, with slot of attitude, to call back in the morning. So I had to sleep in my car 200 miles from home because of this business and they still didnt fix the problem, 3 days after the purchase. I am boycotting them.

This place had everything I was looking for. It even had warm smiles and fast service. Gas prices were ridiculously low, felt like I was in and out in a jif!!

I live close to the pilot n even though its a good size truck stop it still is a home like store... Ms Heaven is my go to person... She is always there always helpful with a smile n cares about the everyday people who come there. Always remembers our name🤗

It was a nice rest stop, the subway attached was staffed and the bathrooms were fairly well maintained.

Small to say the least limited parking. Clean and only place close with laundry. Most of staff were friendly and helpful but as we all know there is always that one that ruins it.

Bathrooms are clean, coffee is good, and gas prices are generally cheap. Ive never had a bad experience here.

Another pilot that has outdated computer software. Im a member of their reward program, supposed to get .03 discount per gallon. When it didnt give me discount I went inside to inquire. The lady was surprised when the receipt showed I swiped my reward card, she replied usually they wont scan. Come on pilot, use some of the money that we, transportation professionals pay you for the tens of thousands of gallons we purchase from you to upgrade your systems.

They need to fix the slushee machine. It has been down for over a month and being pregnant that is my ONLY craving and you can’t get it anywhere else around here.

They have a Subway there and the service was great. The sandwich was wonderful. The people were friendly and polite.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. You have to be careful with the entrance, they are working on the road in front of the whole property. They have all the cheerwine that you could dream for. They have a subway inside and a hotel and waffle house across the street.

If what Ive read is true, regarding our American Flag, I WONT be giving them or Flying J anymore of my business . They need to realize who and what keeps them in business .

Maybe theyve hired new staff since the poor reviews were written: we had Subway for dinner and the service was great. The employees were efficient and courteous. If youre a truck driver looking for a place to park, youd better get here early: like most Pilots, this one appears to be quite popular so all of the spaces were filled by 7pm.

The cashiers were very sweet I had a problem with the pump well a matter of fact two different pumps the maintenance man and the cashier were very helpful although the problem with the pumpd was not resolved I did have to go to another pilot to get fuel they were very sweet and did their best to help

7 showers here nice water pressure. The app says they have 3 showers. Friendly staff here easy in out.

Sometimes I visit to get the gas cuz it be the cheapest in town. But I also go to get Subway and I really dont like their Subway because I cant use my rewards card is not the same. Oh yeah and sometimes they dont have the breakfast sausage that Im looking for in the mornings and I feel some type of way about that.

Convenient location before you get into the Concord area. This is also a great exit to take if the traffic is backing up due to construction entering into Charlotte. Truck stop with restaurant, gas station, and gift shop.

It was ok, excellent customer service, subway was on point. Medium parking for semis but the employees were awesome!

They seem to have the best price on gas on the I-85 Corridor between Charlotte and Salisbury unfortunately the current road construction makes it a little difficult to get to them hopefully this is something that will be resolved in the near future in the meantime it is still worthwhile to make the extra trip and collect the savings

Only reason, the only reason I am giving this a 5. Lowest gas prices on I-85. Probably because of the Quick Trip across the highway.

Great gas station! Super clean and looks brand new! Bathrooms are the best I have seen in a gas station.

There was a place to get food and clean restrooms. Those are the 2 most important things to me when stopping at a travel center. I guess has is pretty important too. Lol.

I only stop here if I have to. Lot is small, smells like piss. Drivers love to sit in the fuel lanes to get their 30 break, very busy Pilot for the size. This place is way too small based on the huge amount of traffic that flows thru the property.

Stopped here for a pit stop. Had alot of things we were interested in buying so we found some good deals before heading back on our road trip.

Weird owners and operators.. Always a lot of Persian looking people running around here who look you over in a weird way, and the fountains and coffee and hot food could be better maintained.. The truck lot is a nightmare unless you get there in the rare case that its not packed with a line behind you; very tight alley docking situation..

Friendly staff, clean place. Not alot of truck parking so get here early. 1 washing machine t9 do laundry. And 2 dryers. However cant change the settings on any of them. Overall not a bad place to spend a 10hr break.

Stop by whenever I am in Salisbury, great staff and great products that are always on the shelf no holes or missing products. Must stop for gas that is cheaper than others in the area and great prices on products inside as well.

This is a pretty nice pilot. The employees are generally friendly but its a pain to fight with the other 500 cars trying to get in and out of this place for fuel most times that I stop. Their research department should have had them put in an extra lane with a couple extra pumps at least. They should have made it into a super pilot

This travel center put a fake charge on my credit card to apparently verify my account. Freaked me out until my credit card company confirmed the transaction. Never encountered that before.

Courteous employees here. Lost a couple stars because the facility needs a major upgrade. As far as parking, its a Pilot, the parking is never large at a Pilot. It fills up fast here, like before 6 or 7 most nights.

As truck stops go it good. Its clean and has a subway. However one of the countrr managers is a horrible person and moral suffers when shes on duty.

Rudest and Most Obnoxious Employees ever!! I waited in line for nearly ten minutes at ONE register while 3 other employees stood around having a conversation. The cashier was more interested in flirting with a truck driver than getting the growing line moving! She made the comment that I was getting antsy and when I complained about the others standing around she got defensive and told me that the other register was being shut down. Since WHEN does it take THREE PEOPLE to close ONE REGISTER?!?!? Rant Over

So Im biased. I like Pilot/Flying J better than TA after a stay in Jessup MD. Now if you want entertainment TA Jessup is for you. As you roll through the Soviet checkpoint to get in parkingthere is a high crime reason to pay $20 to park in their stale urine scented spaces. The only really nice employee is the gollum skinned shower shleper in the dungeon shower. There Is a liquor store in the shopping center next door keep your head down and mutter insane musings to yourself as to look crazy an not be robbed.

This place, compared to other truck stops, is a joke. Extremely limited parking, and a broken laundry facility. Laundry facility is being nice. They HAD 1 washing machine and dryer. Washer is broken, and they dont know when it will be fixed. But hey, you can get Subway!!! Subway is not what makes you a travel stop. It is being able to provide services for the drivers, which this place seems to be having problems doing. But hey, you can get gas for your car!! Again, not what makes you a driver friendly place. The majority of drivers, want a truck stop that gives them services, not sandwhich options.
