Place of business moved and online doesnt work

After using Premier as my go to guys for a number of years for both our pool and our spa service I was forced to go elsewhere. In 2016 they replaced our pool liner and there were issues, during the time they were working they also replaced the sand in my filter and the laterals, however after that the pool kept having sand shooting into the pool and piling up on the pool floor in front of the discharge at the skimmer and they steps. Calls, emails and letters were never even acknowledged. In 2017 we had the filter taken apart by another company and found that they has installed a defective lateral that had a separation in it that was allowing the sand from the filter to get into the pool. The lateral they used was one that was pieced together out of mismatched parts. This also caused us to have to replace the pool pump as the sand had also wore it down. After the issues were discovered once again we notified Premier by both US Mail and also email at the address that we were provided, this was never even acknowledged. I know that anyone can make a mistake, however in this case the lack of resolution or responsibility was never made. As such we have taken our business to another company. And we have had to pay close to $1000.00 for the repairs required due to the mistakes made by Premier. At one time I would have highly recommended them but no longer is a good review possible.
