This place is a rip off. They sold me parts for a dryer I didnt end up meeting them so I went to take them back. Then the lady behind the counter tried to tell me that I installed the parts and refused to take them back. Shes just saying thats what they can keep their money. Not like it was 500 a $1000 It was a $100 parts. Then try to tell me that I didnt bring it back in original packaging when thats how she gave it to me. It is always nice to happen upon a place like this. Its too rare that I find a place where the people treat you like a person regardless of your know-how. Before I was helped, the customer in front of me intervened in the issue of the customer next to him. Together with the lady behind the counter, the second guys problem was narrowed down.When I was helped, the lady remembered my phone call from two hours earlier and already knew what we were looking for. THEN! She suggested that I could probably take the part I brought in farther apart to see better the issue. Upon dismantling the part, she noticed immediately that I only needed one small part. This brought my potential total down from some $50 to less than $17!To top it all off, this $17 part actually saved my already 15 year old refrigerator! I had nearly resigned to spending some of my upcoming student loans on a new (used) fridge, but with their help, I am set. I was so excited that I called Arrow the next day to order a couple of proprietary screws for the door handle. I know I could get them online, and they may be a bit cheaper, but from now on Im going to Arrow.Thanks!

Very nice and friendly staff. I called ahead to see if they carried the part I needed for my AC unit and they held it for me! I was in and out quickly. Thanks to them I now have my AC working again!!!!

They are in a great location because of their geographic location being a short drive from anywhere in Missouri or Kansas. The will have my business and anyone I can refer to them for life!

I read the reviews first and they seemed like they were too good to be true. I called and they found my part right away. They kept it at the counter for me which made it fast and easy when I got there to pick it up. The people were fast and friendly. The guy working there even finished my sentence when I described what I found so I know they have experience/knowledge. Now Im at home and my house is warm!!!! (ignitor)

Very helpful! I thought I needed a new capacitor for my AC. They offered to test my old capacitor to make sure it was bad. It was bad; they gave me the replacement part and I was on my way. They even gave me a donut while I waited!They also took the time to make sure that I didnt have any questions about the installation of the replacement part, which is nice for DIY folks who dont do this type of work all the time. I highly recommend this great company!
