I was able to save over $3,000 on equipment for my restaurant which was a lifesaver during all the pandemic shut downs & regulations. PLUS when a cooler I bought from Best Deal over 7 years ago had an issues they sent someone out to take a look & get it up and running again even though the warranty expired YEARS ago. I cant express how grateful I am. Ive been shopping with them for years and will come back anytime my place needs equipment!

Will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this company. The service does not live up to the name at all. If your item is shipped and received in bad condition, youre pretty much SOL.My MIL ordered 2 chairs from this place and they arrived chipped. She did not accept them and they have not been answering her for the past couple of months. Now they tell her they will only give 160.00 out of the 458.98 she paid for! Do not do business with them.To the owners at Best Deal, this is just the beginning. Be prepared, we will warn everyone and tell them the truth about your lack of service.

If I could give them a zero star I would!!! My mom purchased 2 chairs from them for $458.98 and when she received them they were broken so she did not accept the package. She has contacted them endless times and they just gave her the run around. They have finally answered her and the only thing they told her is they can refund her $160. This is not right at all, my mother is not one to spend that amount of money and this was something she saved for just for the product to be damaged and for them not to refund her the money. Especially during times like this you would think that they would refund with how people are barely being able to make if financially.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING SEVERELY!!!!

This company is just horrible. Like you have seen they have cheated my mom out of her product and money. She paid 458.98 and the chairs were broken so she did not accept them, they are now saying that they can refund her 160.00. That is not right at all! People work hard for their money and it is messed up when companies just take advantage and choose not to help.

I dont usually leave bad reviews, but this company rip off my aunt. She order chair, it was broken at delivery. She did not receive it. Now the company will not refund her money. Dont shop here!

Short story: save yourself money, time, frustration and do NOT do business with this place.Long story: EXTREMELY disorganized & dishonest business. Wish I would’ve read reviews before buying. Long story short, purchased a glass door “walk in cooler” in “like new condition” & they agreed to hold it for me in storage.Upon buying it on eBay, they changed the ad to say it was busted and broke - then informed me that they just did this to avoid paying eBay fees (should’ve been my first clue that I made a mistake).Upon picking up the cooler, it couldn’t be found and took two trips back to finally find it, “we moved” was the excuse for the disorganization.Turns out, it wasn’t what I purchased anyways. It was a freezer unit and I was told to just turn the temperature up & it was not in great condition.Back and forth for over a month, listening to excuses, dealing with mood swings from Benny where one day he is just some old man down on his luck and going to make it right and the next he is frustrated (and I quote, “has decided not to do anything because we are humans and can disagree” as he hangs up on me), I made MANY extremely reasonable offers to make this “right”. I paid $3,800 for the cooler and even offered the owner Benny, to give me $2,000 over 4 monthly payments and I would drop it off & he could resell it to which he finally agreed to.After dropping off the freezer back to him, he said that “this isn’t the same cooler” and upon reviewing with his staff, they are not accepting it because “it is not the same” although all of the previous pictures match the unit I dropped back off to him exactly (Because it is the exact same unit).Yet another poor excuse of how they can get out of this. The cooler now sits back in their possession for them to sell. They took $3,800 for it from me, I received nothing when it’s all said and done & now they will sell it again to somebody.I’m not one to write a review for a business - it takes a LOT for me to do so. I’m doing this simply because I want to save others from this kind of headache. Please avoid this place.

HORRIBLE, RUDE COMPANY! They took my MIL money for some chairs and when she got them they were all broken so she rejected the shipment and sent them back and now they DO NOT WANT TO RETURN HER MONEY. They only want to return $160 out of the $458.98 that she paid and this has been ongoing since November!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This place has everything - it may be a little disorganized but they are in the process of remodeling. The staff really try their best to make sure that they can meet their customers needs and to ensure that they not only get the best deal but that they leave the store happy and satisfied. The owner not only goes out of his way to help his customer but since his business has been in the same location for over 30 years he really tried to help the people in the community around him. You never feel any high pressure sales tactics and when you work with the employees youll feel that they not only listened to your wants/needs/concerns/issues but that they actually cared. A lot of business today treat customers like dollar signs and just have a revolving door for customers with the drive-thru customers service mentality but not here -- at Best Deal you know that you and your needs really matter to the staff. Which to me is far far more important that having some clutter.

Should be called Worst Deal! They are a disorganized company who sells used equipment without checking that it is working, I bought a commercial oven from them that I had to return because it did not work. I bought a commercial freezer from them that they sent me with mold and mildew inside and with no legs on it. When I asked for legs they brought me four bricks. Stay clear of this company.

I called and ask if they have any 5ton ac unit they said yes and it tested and ready to install i pay them and pick up the unit when my tec guy installed he said the compressor is bad .now i pay the tec 300 for install .really really upset
