They harass you terribly, and will not work with you when you are short on a payment. They have given me the worst service I have ever had in my life! Out of everywhere Ive ever been. However, talked to Tommy on the phone​ and he apologized for the past issues Ive had and told me anything I need to ask for him and hell take good care of me. My mother was also screwed over by them, but she stated that chopper is the best person in customer service and he will turn my experience around with easy home.

The most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with. I asked them to come pick up the merchandise on four different occasions where we had planned a scheduled pick up and they gave me an excuse to why they couldnt pick it up. the asst.manager Lindsay is a trip. she came to my house while i was away and kicked dents into my door after i called the police when i made it home they made a report and left then she pops back up this time while i was home she tried to force her way into my house and had to call the police back out to have her removed.

This company is a joke! Very unprofessional! 6 month same as cash is not the case you still have to pay fees! oh and thats not it; some merchandise is 4 months same as cash without any explanation. I will never deal with this company again or recommend anyone else.

I have been a customer of this company for two-and-a-half years and when I first one in there I wanted to purchase a computer. I had a flyer advertising a computer from Cybertron was it the whole reason I went in there. So I take it a long trip down to the store to get this computer and when I get there they that that they are not doing business with Cybertron. Instead we can get this computer, which means they have I have no experience with a touch screen where the computer is the monitor the whole computer is the monitor. I take it hoping for the best I had it for about 2 weeks and the screen blacks out making it unusable. So I take it in to get a replacement and they told me it that it could not be fixed and they threw it away. So they try to make me happy they gave me a laptop to try out and I told him that I did not want a laptop but I will try it out. After using it for about 2 weeks it did not perform at the level I needed to perform and so they took that back and gave me a desktop. I try the desktop for two weeks and it was even more under par than the laptop. Those those of you who know computers it was a mini tower and has no power whatsoever I could not do anything with it, I could not even have one application open without bogging the whole computer down and could not run anything else while one is running. So I took it back and told him to keep it, and was told by the store manager that he had another computer that someone could not make payments for in defaulted, for me to try it out. So I told him I would only try it out nd it is not a definite that I will keep it so I take it home and I did my homework on it and it was not really up to par. Did not show what the power is running on the power supply was because it was face down comma and only came with 8 gigabytes of memory needless to say it was another computer that did not perform the test that I need to. I told him I need more RAM and I was told by the manager store he would upgrade it to 32 gigs comma and the regional manager told me that he could not do that. So that store manager told me that he can get me 16 gigs of RAM and I told him that the maximum of the board can Hulk 32 gigs and he would only have to Shell out another fifty bucks and I even told him that he could put it on the price of the computer and the store manager and regional manager would not do it. Long story short I have to buy my own Ram to get the computer to perform the way I need it too. I would recommend if you want a computer you can build your own from Newegg and not to go to Rent-A-Center or Aarons because they dont know what theyre talking about when it comes to computers.
