Called day before for an appointment first thing next morning.Inspected my Sun Roof @ no fee and quoted the fix, which I gladly accepted. In and out less than an hour.

10/10 would recommend!! I was having trouble with a remote starter, that I installed myself, I gave Coach Automotive a call and they told me I could come in immediately. 30 min later I was driving away with a working remote starter! Plus, they didnt even charge me!

I had my Ram truck seats converted from cloth to leather here in 2015. The leather has held up very well and thier service has been incredible.

My wife and I were absolutely BLOWN AWAY with the job Coach Automotive did on our new Yukon. It was originally a cloth unit, and we sent it to Coach to have leather put in it. The end result surpassed our expectations without question. I would recommend Coach to any one who is looking to go from cloth to leather. You wont be disappointed, and Im sure they would guarantee that. We wont ever do business anywhere else.

I bought a sunroof here for my Toyota Camry back in 2014, The installation process took just one day and everything looked as if it came from the manufacturer.About a year later, I was experiencing a tiny noise coming from the right side of the window. I finally took it in to get it looked at. There was some trial and error for the first day, and unfortunately, I had to come back because I didnt have any other form of transportation. They figured it out the following week I brought it in, replaced the broken bracket for free, AND gave me a $100 Visa gift card for my troubles.I have received much more sub-par and unpleasant experiences from business before (especially car businesses), in some cases where I honestly thought I deserved a $1000 dollar gift card. Of course, those places didnt give me a single cent and if I were lucky, they wouldnt charge me and they would apologize. Again, if I was lucky.The people at Coach automotive not only do fine work, but they provide excellent service with integrity and the genuine care for your concerns. It is refreshing to know that there are businesses around that are still like this. So, if you ever need a sunroof or anything else they offer on their website, I highly recommend you to consider this company.

I had a 9:00AM Appointment. They helped me at 8:55 and I was out of there by 9:15 without paying a dime. They fixed my seat warmer for free (they said it was only a switch that died) and quickly. I NEVER seem to receive quality service from automotive places, but these people seem to be top notch!

Coach put replaced the cloth seats in my 2018 RAV4 with leather, and I couldnt have had a better experience. Mark explained the options to me, and Kellie helped me set my installation appointment with ease. I dropped my RAV4 off at 9 a.m., and they gave me a ride to work. They called me a few hours later to let me know it was done, and offered to come get me. To my surprise, when I walked out, they had brought my RAV4 to me downtown. Excellent customer service and craftsmanship, which really stands out amongst the crowd these days. I wont go anywhere else for as long as theyre in business.

Great service! Fixed a sunroof after taking it to another nearby sunroof repair shop. They also cleaned up the the mess the leak caused for no charge.
