Ive been using Half Price banners for over 10 years. They have the best prices that I can find online and they always provide a quality product. Their customer service is responsive and gets the job done. They actually answer the phone when you call! 5 stars

My first and last experience with this company was ordering banners to donate for my son’s track team.If you are an experienced buyer who f this product you’re probably fine. But if you’re inexperienced, as I was, buyer beware.The information about color matching is an afterthought in the bottom of the footer.So while my file and proof showed navy blue I received royal blue banners. When I chatted and called customer service to see if I could get them replaced they said that because I didn’t select the $50 color match option (which I didn’t even know was an option because I didn’t read close enough) there was nothing they would do.So their 100% guarantee is false advertising because they will only guarantee if you jump through hoops they don’t make clear.

I shopped around and they were indeed the most budget friendly. Also, their design template was a little better than other sites. I ordered the thinner vinyl for an outdoor banner (very temporary) and its plenty durable.

AMAZED! I have been amazed, by the level of communication, the reactivity and the dedication that the team has.I ordered 2 adhesive banners (not a huge order) but they treated me so well, I felt like I was their priority. We had several back and forth to make sure that the picture on the banner will fit my requirements.The validation process is efficient and super easy.I just received the banners and they are gorgeous. The quality of the adhesive is just perfect! Sticky but also let you un-stick it for repositioning if needed.My customer and me are extremely happy of Half Price Banner and their great team!!!

I reached out to HPB to print 25 small banners for an organization. When I received them, the color turned out quite different than the color I was expecting (a specific color for the organization). I reached out to customer service, and they immediately set about making it right. They shipped the corrected banners as soon as possible. However, UPS lost these in transit. They worked with me to file a claim with UPS and are currently in the process of printing the banners again, to fulfill my order. Theyve been wonderful to work with, and their quality and customer service are top notch.

UPDATE: 9-10-2020 😊👌👍As soon as the staff learned of the below situation, they immediately responded with a reply. I began emailing with them and sent color samples to them of what I wanted. They responded with colors that they thought would work the way it needed to. The final color choice was made blindly and unanimously by the staff and myself. The printed it and sent it out the next day. This company stands behind their customer service, which is something that has become scarcity in todays world. Forget about my initial review this update speaks the truth.ANGRY, DISAPPOINTED, FRUSTRATED, UPSET!!!!!My friend asked me to design a banner for his shop that would draw the attention of people driving by. He just opened his auto shop in a new location and is trying to build a customer base in a very difficult area. After discussing what he wanted and what would be best for an eye-catching banner, I went to work on it. When I finished it, I let him know that I set up an account on esigns.com simply because they had the font and color best suited for the banner. He told me that he already prepaid for a banner on this website. I contacted a rep at this site and asked if they had the specific color (neon pink) in stock because they didnt have it on their color pallette. She needed to find out and contacted me hours later to inform me that they didnt have it. I spoke to my friend and told him the story he agreed to get the banner from esigns.com. When he tried to get a refund from this website, the woman he spoke with told him they have the color (neon pink) we were looking for. My friend sent my design to them and waited for the banner. He received it and to no surprise it wasnt neon pink but a very soft purple/pink blend. This isnt what he asked for and certainly can not and will not draw the attention that he wants and needs to bring more customers in.You cant trust a company that takes your money before doing any work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY SCREWED MY FRIEND AND WILL LIKELY SCREW YOU!!!

Poor customer service they will not answer their phones I have called five times and left four emails to chat nobody will return phone calls or chat This used to be a good company and I dont know whats going on with them

We had a big county fair job with multiple banners, sizes and materials. Half Price Banners stepped up and worked with us to make sure our job was done correctly and quickly as this was a bit last second on our part. They managed to have our order printed and shipped to us on time. The staff worked to get us a very quick turnaround and made everything smooth and painless. HUGE THANKS! The work was done perfect and we were VERY happy with the end product. Exactly what we needed.

I was concerned about using a printer several states away when the artwork and colors had to be 100% accurate. As a designer, the end product is a direct reflection of my reputation. Half-Priced Banners came through the first time with four separate projects. The pricing was about 2/3 of what I was paying locally, and the turnaround time was a week earlier. I highly recommend them.

Just received my second satin fabric banner from this company (last was a year ago) both have exceeded my expectations. Quality is great, printing and look is great, fabric is just as expected, quick shipping. Perfect all around. Email proof was identical to actual product. And all for a good price. I place an order for urgent banners on Friday noon. Get proofs on Monday with a warning that my artwork is incorrect. I tell them I am using their own template and also give a the editable files. 3 days later I get a call saying I am using the wrong templates but guess what: the right templates are not available on the website so he emails it to me saying I am confused. Now I am sitting and redesigning everything 6 days later. So the problem is:1. Website is not updated with the correct templates2. Response time is very slow. Particularly for this industry.3. Poorly updated website. It wouldnt matter if almost the entire business was not conducted on their website.4. Finally instead of an apology I am always being accused of getting confused.On another not their emails do not show the content in Gmail. It is an issue they should check as all their proofs are sent via email. I have seen a lot of users complain of not getting emails.After almost a decade of using them I think I am taking my business elsewhere as customer service is no longer how it used to be.

3 day shipping takes 8 daysI order a banner 8 days before I need it, am never told Im getting an email proof and it wont be printed until I OK it. Why am I proofing something they havent touched?? Why am I not given the option for no proof? WHY AM I NOT TOLD I HAVE TO APPROVE VIA EMAIL???? I put in the special request I need it by such & such a date. So basically Ill be lucky if the banner I ordered with 3 day shipping will get her in 8 days. Also they completely blew me off on the phone. Go to Banners on the Cheap dot com. Half the price, Ive never had one problem with them, and they offer coupon codes for free shipping all the time. And its the EXACT SAME 13oz vinyl.

Banner came out unreadable. Customer Service no help! With all the options out there you can find a much better company to deal with beside half price banners! Spend your money somewhere else!

Ordered three 8 x 10 banners. 2 days after order was placed, received an email saying Logo was low resolution. Immediately called customer service, emailed high resolution logo file, and was assured order would still arrive by desired date. Checked order status next day...no change! Called customer service again, went through everything again, and was assured no problem...again! Long story short, I have now spoke to someone 7 days straight, assured everyday everythings good, only to be told theres a problem the next morning. I have been dealing with this company 15 years, it wont be 16. Customer service is obviously no longer a part of their company.

My small business has been using Half Price Banners for over five years now. We order a banner or two every few years. I chose them initially because I was looking for an event banner, but didnt think I had the budget. Their name drew me in... and I was thrilled to find that a full color banner WAS well within my project budget.Since then Ive used them to order banners for companies Ive done freelance work for: events, shows, inexpensive signage on buildings, etc.Prices are great, ordering couldnt be easier, and their prepress department has a great eye, and lets me know if anything is off.One company has even used a full color print banner as signage outdoors, in rainy Oregon, for YEARS now. We just replaced it, but it took 3-4 years for this banner to fade!! Thats some quality.Thanks, Half Price Banners. Until I order again... love you!

Ive used HPB for 4 years, having ordered close to 200 vinyl banners from 2x3 up to 5x7. Without exception, theyve all been perfect. If you have quality artwork, your prints will be bold, razor sharp, and durable. There might be slightly cheaper options available, but in my opinion theres none better. A previous reviewer stated they had an issue contacting them through live chat. Ive had to reach out to them on several occasions to talk about modifications or additional prints of a prior order. I cant overstate how short of a fuse I have when it comes to service, and Ive always been pleased with their high level of responsiveness.

This place is fabulous inside and out. The staff is friendly and sweet.

Ive been researching prices for a work project and came across this company. Their name is Half Priced Banners, All the Quality - Half the Price, except their prices are the same as most vendors if not more. I tried contacting someone over their LIVE chat but nobody was available to help me to see if they price matched.
