Meghan always has the most unique and beautiful pieces of furniture and decor. She is so helpful and Ive so enjoyed her insight.

I stopped in today with my two-year-old and five-year-old grandchildren. Meghan was wonderful; she helped me pick out an end table for my living room and she was so polite. Thanks for a great shopping experience!

Will be back, great place for paints. The male owner was very knowledgeable on paint and paint brushes and was so eager to help and answer any questions I will be back and continue to buy from them!

First and last visit. Loved a piece I saw on fb. Came to look in person and possibly purchase. Walked in and 3 people remained chatting at the register the entire time I walked around, no acknowledgement I was even there. I left and continued onto KTX Home in Katy. What a difference. I was immediately greeted and the store person even chatted a bit.

Came in from Houston to get a few pieces for a couple of our rooms and my 4 year old needed to use the restroom. They wouldn’t let her use their bathroom so we left. Why?!? Maybe they don’t need business? We will not be returning.

I love Vintage Backroads. My brother and I are vendors there . But we also have become friends with the owner Megan and her son. They are very helpful and work with us . My brother and I have health problems and Megan is willing to help us in any way she can. My little adopted 6 year old loves Megan and Adam . She has a lego table set up for kids . He sets there and visits with them while I’m setting up furniture.. my 14 year old daughter loves going with me and talking with Megan. The merchandise is always displayed so nicely. And they have such a good relationship with all their vendors. Very down to earth people. I highly recommend this unique well laid out shop. It has so much variety. I see comments about the owner and her son being rude or prejudiced. That is simply not true at all. I’m there all the time. I take my kids there and feel completely comfortable with them . Don’t listen to people that have a chip on their shoulder and don’t tell the truth.

Looking for ‘country’ style furniture this is the place to go. Price are very reasonable.Store is clean and filled with many different pieces.Do not be fooled by the outside the inside is well decorated and displays are great to give you an idea.Staff were polite and friendly. Parking out front or in the dirt lot next door.

I went here in search of some cool items to shop for. I thought the handmade creations were super creative. I marveled at the mandolin lamps and distressed dresser cabinets. I fell in love with the handmade candles and the various customized Mason Jars. BUT then my experience began to unravel— NOT ONE PERSON WAS WEARING A MASK. Not even the staff. I immediately felt uncomfortable and stayed as far way from everyone else.The employees were not very welcoming. Anytime I had a question about something—there were no smiles and everyone responded as if they were annoyed with me. I went to three other stores within the shopping square that same day, and not once did I feel the same way I did nor experience the same atmosphere as this shop.🌞🌞🌞This store is anti-mask. Employees seemed disdained the entire time.I only give this place 2 stars because of how neat their products are.

Best place to purchase antique, painted furniture. Always very good and fair prices. wonderful quality and customer service. if you cant find something in the store they will help assist you with finding the piece youre looking for. They also do custom work for the public as well. I highly recommend them and will most definitely will be returning when in need of furniture.

I deal with Megan in a business relationship. I have only known her to be a straight shooter and very professional. I love her furniture paint jobs, and variety her shop offers

I shop here often and have been several times since I moved back to New Orleans. Always an excellent selection and friendly staff.

This place is horrible. We showed up when the shop was supposed to be open, and the owner came 30 minutes late to open. The owner didnt apologize. After that the owner wouldnt even grant a refund after not wanting a piece of furniture, because it had a obvious crack in the wood. Needless to say, we didnt even leave the shop with the furniture. She is very rude. I dont recommend this place. Worst customer service ever.

I went in this store a few months ago and same thing as the previous reviewer...the lady there didn’t say one word to me. Not “hello”, “may I help you?”, “what are you looking for?”. The only time she spoke to me was when I bought paint and went to pay. I decided then I would NEVER spend my money at that store. I am desperately looking for a certain brand of paint that I need immediately and called her store to see if it was in stock. No answer. Called again. No answer. I need to stand by what I told myself the first time I experienced this stores customer service. I will joyously make the drive to Spring, Texas to buy my paint at that antique mall like I did a few weeks ago.Where btw I was greeted kindly and welcomed!

This place is AWESOME! Have bought a couple of larger pieces and some accent stuff for our home and everything from service to knowledge, price and delivery was top notch. Kept us updated on delivery and great follow up after the sale. We love this place and will be back soon.

Went in today and neither person working there even greeted me nor acknowledged my presence while I was there. One of them was even blocking the door so I had trouble getting out and didn’t say goodbye or thank you for coming. Very weird vibe. Not to mention extremely high prices on everything.

This is the most quaint, chic, professional, and all around, wonderful place on EARTH to buy from. The cutest, hand painted pieces of unique one of a kind furniture, repurposed, refreshing, and real, friendly, and always helpful people and staff. I love Megan, the owner...she does so much to make her customers happy, I dont know how on Earth she does it!! But she does! Good job Vintage! A+ service all the way!

Rude, husband accidentally bumped the door going out with item we purchased, accident but owner made a federal case about it. The owner will not hold their vendors to high standards, purchased item sight unseen (my fault on that, but was advertised as nightstands, ended up being end tables so cant use as planned). The owner did not require the vendor to return the money when explained the item was sold under false advertisement. If I could give them minus stars I would.07/25/20. As to your rebuttal, we might not have been happy with the situation but he was not upset to the point of damaging what we purchased to retaliate at you or your store nor is he that kind of person to be so petty. It was the end table we purchased he accidentally hit the door with that day, an accident, only an accident. You should have some type of control over merchandise purchased in your store, even on consignment. It was purchased with good intent, not what we thought, it seems there should be a grace period of money returned if not pleased with merchandise. Lesson learned, not everyone is trustworthy. Regardless what ever transpired, good or bad, I would never want to do business with you nor recommend you or your business to anyone.

I came in today looking to buy new furniture for my newly bought home. I left very upset, the lady working there screamed at my child because she says he was running around, when he was only trying to catch up to me. Then yelled at me saying I was going to pay for anything he would break. He wasnt touching anything or running around. I cannot believe she had the audacity to scream at him when I was right there. There are ways to say things, specially if youre trying to get customers. Unfortunately I will not be back and will have to find a different place to get all my furniture.

Vintage Back Roads is a wonderful store. They have so much cute stuff! If you like vintage, farm, country decor, this is your place. We purchased a really cute tower with drawers and a glass cabinet. The owner agreed to store it for us while our home was being built. Once we moved into our new home, her son offered to deliver it (no charge) since we lived close by. They are so friendly and neighborly with great prices! We will keep coming back!

A few months ago I bought a piece of furniture, I couldnt bring it at the moment, I came back later that same day to take my piece of furniture and the lady in charge didnt even help me for open the door, it seems that she is in a bad mood all the time and terrible attention They are not kind, it is the last time that I will go to that store

We have bought a couple of pieces here. Great quality and the people are so kind and helpful every time we come in.

Never had a worse experience dealing with anyone on a business level. From the start they didnt do one thing they said they were going to do. I never received an email saying when I made a sell, they didnt send me a pic of it set up, they never sent me the check they owed me, and finally took them months to send back what product they had left. Even lied about when it was sent. The product I did get back wasnt near the amount I sent them. I sent $178 worth of product, they sent back only $74 worth of product. And to top it off I never received my $40 something check that they owed me! Very disgusted with their actions and lies! Lacking integrity!

Neat, neat, neat. Gotta stop in and peruse their redone furniture. Not too trendy, nicely done.

The wife was very rude to us when we had questions, I don’t know how you expect to grow as a small business with an attitude like that. Shame.
