The atmosphere is very professional, employees are very engaged to help you. The Business Place is well organized and clean. I had an easy time finding the bike I wanted, I was in and out in less than an hour.

Place was nice and very friendly sales people that dont try and pressure you for a sale that day. Im my opinion the most laid back and inviting staff of any shop/ dealer around here

Incredibly polite and helpful. My 71 year old mother loves shopping for my gifts there just because they make her feel comfortable even though she knows nothing about motorcycles or riding. I like going there because theyre nice to my mother of course, and they have good prices and fantastic customer service. Im local to Katy and its really nice not to have to drive into Houston for service, accessories, etc. Also, I just purchased and had them install both tires for my bike. Their recommendation for what I was needing/wanting was spot on. Its nice to have someone who can help me find what I want without me having to web surf the answers.

The machine I ordered was delivered earlier than expected which was incredible given the delays being experienced for other goods. The additional equipment was installed very professionally. The folks at Iron Supply always do a great job. We have a couple of older Suzuki dual sports and we buy all of parts from Iron Supply. If they dont have the part, they are always happy to order and its there in a couple of days.The service dept is fantastic, as well. Other shops in the Katy area are not willing to work on our older bikes, but these guys always take care of us.Its a family biz with a courteous environment. Go check them out...you wont be disappointed.

Repairs took forever. I sent e-mails checking the status, no response via e-mail, called and asked for updates, no calls. Asked for them to save my old battery as it was still under warranty at the auto parts store, they did not follow this request. Picked up the rig and noticed the steering was not in line. Iron Supply mentioned the mechanic noticed this too. I took the rig back and they told me they could not figure it out so they watched you tube and gave me a price of $2600 to fix..... I have asked for the owners to call me to discuss prior to sending this review. Crickets from the owners.I have been using this shop for the 5 years I have owned the rig. I have had my last visit to them. Seems like the mechanics are running the show, parts department does not relay information to the service department and basically there is a breakdown in communication to the customer.Very frustrating.

The Triumph experience has been pretty cool so far. Bought a Trident 660 from Iron Supply in July and got it in October (covid supply chain impacts). Triumph Customer Service and Edward with Iron Supply stayed in contact with me throughout the process. I added some aftermarket pieces (Triumph Connect, Wind Screen and sliders) to the order and Edward/Team had them on hand, installed and working when I came to pick up my bike. Bike was clean and full of gas for the 1st ride home. Only tips I’d share are that:-Triumph Customer Service email is responsive and can nail down the date for the bike delivery-If you pay by credit card, there is a 3% service charge-Get your VIN from Edward before heading down to get the bike so that you have your insurance done before picking up the bike-Spend some time testing the clutch/brakes/throttle response in the parking lot before riding home, good to know the bike a bit before jumping out into trafficOverall a Great Job by everyone and couldn’t be happier with the bike!

Great family own business. I purchased a golf cart online and the application process was quick and hassle free. Our sales representative Hillary was very polite and our golf cart was ready to go upon arrival. Great experience buying a Suzuki DRZ 400S! Its difficult to find good dual sport bikes at this time but they had it in stock, along with many other bikes and ATVs, and accessories.Great atmosphere inside and best customer support for sales that I can imagine. I am confident this is probably the best powersports shop within 200 miles of Houston, TX. Twice a week for a month I have been calling any powersports shop I could find within 200 miles of Houston but they didnt have the 4 specific bike models I wanted in stock at fair prices, until I called Iron Supply Powersports.Bought the bike right after calling them. They were a big help with finding financing and insurance. They worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of to make the sale.They helped me load up the bike in my truck and tie it down. I am not very experienced with bikes so they spent considerable time to show me how to safely anchor the bike for transport and they gave me some riding safety tips and bike maintenance tips. The sales and service staff were very knowledgeable and had a good work ethic and wanted to make sure customers were taken care of. Much better sales and service staff than the other big name powersports in and around Houston. Iron Supply Powersports is where I will go in the future to buy.

Over all the work was great and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable! The work completed was done in a timely manner. The reason for the 4 instead of the 5 was due to the fact that I live far away and they told me when the work was complete they would text me. They never did and when I felt they should be more than done, I returned and what the employee said to me before I said a thing was, your Ranger has been ready for 45 minutes, sorry I didnt text you! This is the best dealership of anywhere i have been car, motorcycle anywhere that I have ever been to the people are super nice they get things ready for you before you get there they are knowledgeable. they answer all your questions. If you want your mirrors a certain way they change them right there for you no added prices. while youre hanging out you can watch Motocross they have plenty of beverages of any kind you could want and then after the sale theres no hurry you can stay and hang out.

I was also able to call around and it seems the side by sides are in high demand right now. It would easily sell for 13k plus. Looks to me that this dealership was definitely trying to take advantage of you. So sad how its hard to find honest people, and especially during these times we are in. Dropped the bike off for an inspection and some routine maintenance. While the bike was there I purchased tires and had them installed as well. Both Tanner and Dalton spoke with me like I was family. When I picked up the bike it ran top notch and was handled with the utmost care. They treat the bikes as well as if they were their own. Great bunch of guys working here. I bought a Polaris from here for $15000 in may. I called them yesterday because I need to now sell the Polaris unfortunately.. they told me they would give me 7000... I understand depreciation, but it’s flat out high way robbery and unethical. They claim my vehicle had lost 60% of its value in 7 months? Will never give any business to these guys again. I know they would gladly buy my Ranger for 7,000 and sell it for 13,500 on their lot.I put $1500 down and financed $13,500 so I did in fact pay 15,000 for this vehicle. perhaps my purchase price was $12699 plus tax which at 6.25% is $793.68 so at the end of the day I guess I paid $1500 for them to tighten the bolts when it arrived. Which, by that logic my Polaris should be worth way more because, it is indeed assembled.The sales manager told me 7,000-7,800 for my mind you pre assembled ($1500 value) vehicle. I was shocked to see how low this estimate was which was evident on the phone conversation. To which the sales manager responded “well, that’s what it’s worth” he never implied I would be offered more. And I have never seen low balling a customer as an effective method to entice a customer to come into a business.

I truly do not give out 5 star reviews easily. To me a 3 star is for doing exactly what is expected normal service. 5 star to me is stellar above and beyond and thats what I received from Joe (parts) today. I needed a particular part and Joe knew what I was needing, he knew that item specifically and was able to answer my questions regarding it. While Joe looked in their system he said they showed one in stock but they had been selling quite a few of them so he wanted to put his hands actually on it before I drove a hour to Iron Supply Powersports. He asked me if he could call me back while he trekked to the warehouse to verify it. He called me back shortly thereafter with the good news it was thete. One left! I told him I was headed his way when I got there it was ready to go at the loading dock. All around a great experience! Iron Supply Powrrsports is actually a nice place to shop too if you havent been there. Really have some cool bikes as well! If youre looking for service like its supposed to be from years long gone youll get it here from Joe and the folks at Iron Supplu Powersports. Worth the trip and Ill be back for sure!

I took my 2018 XP 900 in for a busted reverse change. Dalton is the service department handled dealing with the Polaris warranty folks and had me fixed up in less than 2 weeks with a new transmission. Purchased first Triumph at Polaris West this week - 19 Street Triple RS. The process was really smooth, a good experience all around. My sales guy was Josh Piercy. Josh was a no BS dude and a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to ride my freshly prepped bike across town to my home with the chief mechanic following behind in a truck. Signed paperwork around 1pm, had the bike in my driveway around 4.If you live in the area and youre in the market for a Triumph motorcycle, go see Josh at Polaris West. Hes going to take care of you along with Shannon, the finance lady. My Polaris West experience can best be described as the total opposite of the typical car buying experience. No shady fees or typical salesperson / finance department sleaziness. Polaris West is smaller dealership, but their prices are consistent with dealerships 10 times the size. The place has a family-run business vibe.I would have zero hesitation recommending Polaris West to my family and friends.

I spoke with Jamie in parts about a part for my triumph thunderbird, it is an obsolete part and they were one of two dealers in the nation to have the part. They couldve blown me off because I live in GA but he took the time to find the piece and worked with me over the phone including text messages because I wasnt readily available to answer to find the part and deliver it to me in GA a lot of places wouldve not been so diligent because being out of state this is likely the only thing I will ever buy from them. I like to go to a place where people share the same passion for motorcycles that I have. I bought my bike there and I service it there. The only problem I have is that sometimes I have to wait a little longer for a shop appointment, but I believe it is normal to be that busy when you are good!

I wasnt impressed with the high labor cost $275 to rebuild my carburetor. I wont be going back!

GREAT Service! I was out and my 2016 Bonneville and it started acting up. I was able to make it home and called the shop. They told me to drop it off and they would take a look and let me know what was wrong with it. I tried to leave my subdivision, but my Bonneville kept dying. I called the shop back and they sent Dell (the Service Manager) to my house in the Heights to pick it up on a flat bed... at no extra charge! Dalton was great to work with and called me a few days later and the bike was fixed and even a couple recall issues were taken care of while it was there. Runs great now and I really appreciate the great service they provide. They will get my business going forward.

I purchased my ATV initially from Polaris West as the location alone, is extremely convenient. I was aware that Polaris West had an ownership change (which anytime a company changes ownership is a hit or miss). The good news is, this was a HIT!! I enjoyed the interaction with the service team and they took time to inform me of the analysis and pricing (allowing me to question and determine the best course of action). I appreciated their professionalism and look forward to working with them in the future (hopefully not all service related..lol)
