Summer is Hot Hot Hot and when your AC goes out during the dog days of summer it can bring you down real quick. I began searching Yelp and Google for reviews on a reliable AC repair spot and Southwest Car Care kept showing up with top reviews. I called and scheduled a time to come in and they took care of my issue. I needed a new compressor and condenser for my cars AC. After 11 years the AC went out on my vehicle and they diagnosed the issue right away after a few tests. My repairs were completed within in 24 hours and all is good now. I have to thank these guys for their honesty and accurate estimate of how long this would take. I highly recommend them. James and Matt kept me informed from start to finish and I will definitely be back if anything else comes up.

17 year old Mercury Marauder 170,000 miles new paint. check engine light is on I hope its bad injector not my luck burnt valve. Ford said they had a remanufacturered engine Matt and James said they would do the swap. Ford did not have the engine sent wrong one. Southwest quickly call me with plan B they had engine rebuilt and installed in a little over 10 business days. Back on the road again running stronger than before. Great job diagnosing and fixing an engine-computer problem on 14-year-old pickup that other shops (including dealer) had missed. Other work was done with excellent quality, at a fair price. SW Car Care is now the only place I will take any of my cars.

I brought a vehicle in for a pre purchase inspection. They were very thorough and helpful. They also offered the service for half the price of the dealership. Do yourself a favor and drive around the Firestone shop to this hidden gem.

They installed a part I brought to them for a very reasonable price also I had a code come up that prevented me from passing inspection Matt and Ben explained to me the problem and in no time they fixed the issue and I passed inspection. No extra unnecessary services that other shops try to push on you. Just good old fashion customer service .

My AC was broken and the Dodge dealership told me they could not get me in until the next day and said I would have to leave my car for 3 to 5 days! WOW! I called Southwest Car Care and they said to bring it in and they would be happy to check it out right away since it was so hot outside. I brought it in and dropped it off. They then shuttled me to my office. (how nice!) Within a few hours they called me told me it was a bad circuit board and they could have it fixed before the end of they day. I said, PLEASE do that! They had it all fixed before 4 pm! AWESOME service and super nice people! I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks guys....your rock!!

Took my 2015 Dodge Durango to them for routine maintenance. I called and spoke with Matt who was very helpful and friendly over the phone. He gave me the price and went in to detailed about what all they would do. When I dropped my truck off they even offered to give me a ride back to work. My truck was ready shortly after and was in great condition and the price he quoted on the phone was the actual price I paid. Family own and operated. The Meinen family has never steered me wrong, from the purchase of a used vehicle (saying no to several prospects and giving two thumbs up on the truck Ive owned for nearly 8 years), to letting me know about upcoming maintenance my vehicles will need so I can plan ahead. My Expedition is nearly 12 years old with 160K miles and still gives reliable service every day thanks to the expert care it receives from Southwest. There is no other shop I can recommend as highly as this one.

They have a great A/C service (really important in Houston), they are knowledgeable, friendly, willing to explain to you everything they do, and everything you need to know about taking care of your car.
