I called them up to get a quote. I asked them to send me the quote for a front windshield. I received two quotes, one with the ford logo and one without. I then asked for time to figure out my schedule. When I called again to setup an appointment with the quote that I had received, the rep read out the quote she had. Her quote was nearly $100 more. I read out my quote number and she said that is the same quote. To me this looks like they changed the quote numbers on their end as soon as I mentioned insurance. I did not like the gas lighting and lying. I literally had the quote in front of me and she told me she does too. I asked if she wanted me to send it to her. She never accepted and instead pivoted to her line that she already has the quote in front of her. Then she explained that the part changed from a third-party company to a ford OEM glass because of the ford oval in 3rd visor frit. I read out to her that it is the same part in my original quote. I asked why the quote changed and why they did not send it. I did not like that they lied about the quote and instead of accepting error, she held to the notion that the quote is different because of parts. I ended up looking elsewhere.

After a big rock experience, 30 mins after getting an inspection, I tried a few other companies. They were busy and very expensive.I found Five Star Glass through AAA and had a great experience from start to finish. Virginia was super helpful on the phone. Keenon and the crew were helpful in the shop. Was told it would take an hour to replace my Jeep windshield. It was just over 30 mins and a price that you cannot beat for Mopar glass with all the Easter egg logos. Thank you FSG!

I went on Facebook and google getting quotes starting at $200 but I wanted a professional and reliable company to complete the job, including the calibration.
