Took my car in to get new brake rotors and pads, as I had had them resurfaced 20,000 miles before instead of changing them, and they were squealing pretty bad when i would begin reversing from a stop. I took it in and they diagnosed the squeaking, and let me know that the pads were still 90% good, the rotors werent warped and that they would hate to charge me to do a whole brake job since the brakes were in such good shape. Any of the nationwide brands wouldnt care and would gladly take my money.Because of their honesty, I can delay in changing out my brake rotors and pads until I truly need to and I will be coming to this shop for any service or repair on my Lexus in the future.

Definitely deserves the highest rating possible. Have been going to another shop in Katy for many years and had a problem with my A/C in my Lexus. Took it to my shop and spent several hundred dollars replacing some valves which didnt end up fixing the problem. When I brought it in a second time, they wanted $2000+ to replace the evaporator assembly. I did some checking on the repair, and although it was a labor intensive repair, price seemed excessive. I called Keith and he listened patiently, asked some specific questions, and gave me a quote over the phone for several hundred dollars less! I might have still given my old shop the job, but they wouldnt credit what I had previously spent towards the second repair. I wont be going back there with my Lexus. Keith has earned my business from now on. He was upfront, explained everything he would do, and completed the work quickly - in less than a day! He also showed me the parts he replaced and explained exactly where the leaks were. So glad I gave this place a try. I would definitely recommend this shop. Thanks Keith!

Very impressed with the level of service of service I received from this shop. My Lexus LS needed a new starter, which turns out to be a large undertaking. The dealer wanted $3000 for the job. A local mechanic chain wanted half as much. I called this Lexus Toyota Specialist, because I had driven by many times. I was given a great consultation, was able to schedule the repair conveniently, and was very affordable. I dropped off my car and picked it up a few hours later. The best part was a few days later I noticed that he corrected the battery installation that another shop did and he neatly put the extra pieces in my truck. I am thoughly impressed. I will be back.

Just started taking our 99 Lexus LX470 to Keith after several high dollar fixes at the Lexus dealer. He has been patient and honest with us and charges an honest fair price on everything hes done for us so far. I highly recommend him!

The Katy dealership told me my water pump and oil pan needed to be replaced which was around $2,000. I had L&T check my suv and I was told there was nothing wrong with either. I’ll never take my suv to those snakes at the dealership again. And I won’t buy my next Toyota from them either. Do yourself a favor and let L&T check your Toyota out first. HONEST mechanic with reasonable prices.

I wish I can give this place 50 stars!! Mr. Keith goes above and beyond and provides the most excellent service I have ever received!! He definitely has a customer for life with me and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to anyone to go with him!!! Just amazing!!!!

Hands down nicest and most honest mechanic around. He always takes excellent care of all our trucks and gets up back on the road quickly and affordably! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!
