We ordered flowers from Canada on Mothers Day for our mother who currently lives in Katy, Texas. The website has beautiful pictures of different bouquet of flowers available for us to pick from which was great as there wasnt any way for us to see them in person. Super easy to pick them and pay. Our flowers were delivered successfully. Our mother was super happy with gorgeous fresh flowers! Would highly recommend this company!

I ordered a presentation bouquet for my daughters first fashion show as a designer. My girl loves sunflowers and though they told me they didnt have any, when we received the bouquet there WERE sunflowers! It was beautiful and I could not be more pleased! Petal Patch Florist came through masterfully in my hour of need. I needed two sets of boutonnières and wrist corsages with a day’s notice during the busy homecoming season. They not only came through, the products were gorgeous and they were the kindest people. If you need floral delivery in the Katy area, I couldn’t recommend Petal Patch more.

Ordered online via their website, called and spoke with a very nice lady, we wanted to see the arrangement they made for our friends birthday and was told there was an additional 5.00 fee to see the arrangement! I was astonished! We already paid 88.00 for the birthday arrangement, and now they wanted another 5.00 just to show us what it looked like. Unfortunately we will have to use another florist in katy next year for our friends birthday.

I arrived at Petal Patch at 1:30 on a Saturday (they close at 2). I needed an arrangement for a Sunday funeral. They very quickly produced a lovely arrangement. I had called two other florist that could not accommodate me so I really felt like they came to my rescue!! As an extra bonus they were very sweet and kind .

Petal Patch Florist really came through for us! A flower delivery was requested for a funeral service that was ultimately postponed due to a horrible winter storm that effected the Houston area. My electricity was out for three days and our cellular service was spotty. Although I was unable to reach out to Petal Patch, they obtained the rescheduled funeral date and completed the flower delivery for my company. Many thanks for picking up the ball and running with it during the weather crisis.

My wife was working out-of-town and having a tough day in Katy, Texas and I wanted to send her flowers. I Googled florists in the area and Petal Patch was the closest to the office where she was working. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered and they were beautiful.

In spite of the deep freeze, Petal Patch Florist managed a flower delivery to my mother in Katy, Texas. She is 97 and said they were some if the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen!

The designers here are awesome at what they do and have a lot of years of combined experience. They have created some absolute masterpieces for me! Be warned if you order flowers and do not receive them. First time was on Valentines day ordered about a week a head of time. They had a 12hr window in which to be delivered. Called after the delivery time and said they were unable to deliver the arrangement. Were very apologetic and willing to do anything to fix the problem. I felt like it was an honest mistake. Figured I would try again for anniversary. Driver called my phone which I was unable to answer, called him back six minutes later, left a message no call back. Got home that night nor roses. Next day the driver had the nerve to call around eleven and said he could deliver them today. They have had two opportunities to fulfill there obligations and have not done so yet. So if you do order for delivery do not expect to receive them or be prepared to receive the delivery at their convenience.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order flowers from these people. They are crooks! I have never written a negative review before, but if you order flowers from them, they might do to you what they did to me. I pre-ordered flowers for delivery for Valentines Day two weeks in advance. Then they not only didnt deliver the flowers at all, had no drivers that day, didnt notify me, but when I called them, they picked up and before they even said hello, they said your flowers will get there when they get there, BYE! Im not kidding nor exaggerating. They didnt offer a refund, apologize, call me, nothing! I have never dealt with something like this. Please stay away from these people, get flowers from literally anywhere else but here. Dont make the same mistake I made.

Everyone else wouldnt or couldnt deliver at noon on a Saturday. Some shops were even closed. This shop delivered to Cinco Ranch no problem after calling 4 other places. You have to love a business that is customer friendly and wants to earn your business by going above and beyond their competition. Good job Petal Patch! Update: the recipient was most impressed with the arrangement and she has received lots of flowers in her lifetime, stating these were some of the best. Thats excellent!

I wanted to follow up on my comment. When I was back in town I visited the shop and received an apology and offer to replace the arrangement after they received a new shipment of flowers on the 20th. They in fact did deliver a much better arrangement and I want to give them credit for admitting to the error and wanting to make it right. Thanks!I ordered Valentines day flowers on line. They didnt deliver until sometime after 7PM and what I was most disappointed about is that they did not deliver the flowers I ordered. It is a much less expensive and different arrangement. I was out of town and relied on them for the flowers that were for our anniversary as well. Based on this experience I cant recommend them.

Needed same day Saturday delivery to Katy Texas area. I live in Kentucky. The staff was very to work with on the phone. They didnt have the same vase in stock as on the website so they offered to upgrade and add a bow.Flowers were delivered within a few hours and they were a full arrangement no skimping on flower quantity. The recipient was very happy.Thanks

Went to Petal Patch, they have amazing service. Family owned and operated, personal service, expert eye and taste, and great flowers. I went there for flowers for my girlfriend, and now theyre doing our wedding.

My co-worker had flowers sent to her from her son. Apparently, she was sent a much smaller arrangement than her son had paid for. After many conversations (and yes, they called the mom, not just her son!!!), they said they would refund the money, because indeed it was the wrong arrangement and called the mom and told her they were coming over to pick up the incorrect arrangement! Totally floored! They told her to leave the 3 roses in a glass 7 vase on her porch if she wasnt going to be home! wow
