Rob and his team at Signarama did an amazing job on our conference room signs and lobby sign. We previously ordered the conference room signs from another company and they were not good quality, so the team at Signarama made sure we were taken care of when I brought this job to them. The signs came out perfect and exceeded my expectations. Our lobby sign has also received a lot of compliments and we are very happy with how it turned out. I have use this company at other locations without any problems but these people are beyond incompetent. First I tried calling they don’t answer the phone. So finally went to the location the gentleman was very nice he took pictures of my truck that I wanted duplicated on another brand new truck he gave me a quote and told me how long it would take to do it. I waited about a week and a half finally got a response from them. Tried calling to schedule the install they didn’t answer the phone again had to go there to make the appointment finally got that scheduled dropped off the truck came back four hours later and part of the job wasn’t done and they said oh that wasn’t included it will be extra. They took a picture of the job and quoted it how can it not be included these people are for the lack of an insulting word Incompetent and unprofessional.

This is my first time using this location for my company projects. I started a project with Signarama before the covid-19 pandemic hit. The project got delayed due to the shutdown. Once our business was up and running again personnel changed. I had to start withanother rep. The second rep took over from where the first rep left off and almost completed my signs. Then the second rep left Signarama. Brian stepped in shortly after the 2nd rep left and took over the project and completed it. I am happy with all my signs.

Nancy was great answering all my questions and bringing my ideas to life. My magnets look great and gave my truck an official look for my business! Order came out on time and the results were great too! Going back for cards and more signs in the future.

This is Katy Pressure Washing Pros. Signarama did a fabulous job putting decals on the doors of our pressure washing truck. Monday they are putting a decal our back window of another truck. We could not be happier with the personnel (Nancy Vo) that assisted us as well as the guys in the shop. We have used Signarama many times and have always left with big smiles on our faces! They are GREAT!!! Use them!!! ..... you wont be disappointed!!!

Started out rough do to a former employee. Next account manager stepped up. Error in production of my sign was not cool. Someone in production didnt get clarification on what our sign needed to look like and kind of just did their own thing. However, this error was fixed by the end of the week. Overall I will give them a second chance, since they did a good job correcting the mistakes and following up.

Had a great experience with Signarama on an interpretive sign, which not all sign companies do. Was on a tight deadline with lots of moving parts and they were able to accommodate easily and happily. Great to work with from the ordering process all the way through installation. The sign looks great...look out for it at Cohen Plaza at 11th Street & Heights Boulevard.

Let me just start by saying that Im extremely dissappointed in the way that this location has handled my last order. I have waited for a month and a half to receive an order. When I went to pick it up, I was told that it was sent to me.....NOT TRUE! Now that Im questioning about my missing order, out of the blue Im told that they wont be providing the type of service that we need for our building because they dont have the machine anymore. Last week I was told that my order would be ready. I waited for an e-mail saying that it was ready, and I never received one. I waited to see if I could get a response from Gabriel regarding my order and my blank directory strips and still no response. I then decided to call corporate and I was told that I was going to receive my whole order (which was supposed to be ready since last week) plus my blank directory strips. I send someone to pick it up, and low and behold, my order is not complete, plus, they still dont have my blank directory strips because they cant find them....COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE PEOPLE!!!!
